I'm not from around Redmond, but hail from Austin, TX, a city big on coffee. Over time, I've gotten picky with coffee, so I had to scour this place for a coffee spot before my flight. Apparently this place has great biscuits and gravy, and as a Houston native, I was curious so we parked right in front of the coffee truck and tried it out. Wow!! What a scone. Vanilla cardamom scone Is crispy on the outside moist and delicious on the inside. I will never buy another Ocean roll ever!! Coffee is the bomb!! My new place. Wonderful cookies and pastry!!Parking: You can park right outside the outside coffee hut.

I absolutely love this place! Such delicious coffee and yummy baked goods! The atmosphere is great, the people are so friendly and in my opinion, you definitely get what you pay for and then some with Tite Knot!Featured in my picture is a iced Ibarra mocha with oatmilk, a vegan banana chocolate chip muffin and some honey Greek yogurt with homemade vegan granola!Highly recommend you go get a coffee and sit in the sunshine ?
