I don't like giving bad reviews. I am pretty easy to please. But this was the worst sushi I have ever had. I ordered 6 pieces of nigiri sushi. Two mackerel, 2 salmon and 2 tuna.The rice was way undercooked so it was hard and crunchy. I couldn't taste any rice vinegar either. The fish was bland and warm. The mackerel was ok and had a thin slice of lemon which was good. The pickled ginger had an off taste. The fish slices are actually way too big. Sushi is supposed to be a one bite item. I would much rather they made tue fish slices half the size and offered more pieces for the same price. Just smaller and bite sized. The service was friendly but also very slow. It wasn't crowded but did have a few people come in to pick up orders. That seemed to be their main focus. I don't think I will be visiting again.

Food was honestly Stunning and much bigger than I had anticipated!! The Staff were extremely professional and were very friendly and knowledgeable. The total atmosphere of the restaurant was Perfect, and made for a very relaxing meal as well as a great place to relax and talk.I’ve been to many places who have said their food was big in size and portion, but AMI Sushi was the only place that held true to their word about what they were serving.Will definitely be coming back here! Fully recommend anyone who’s wanting a great meal and atmosphere great place to relax to come here!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp inside the restaurant that leads to the lower dining area of the building.
If you're deciding which sushi spot to go to in the area THIS IS IT!!!Vegetarian options: The menu options are available AND they understand both vegetarian and vegan without looking it up. Most likely they will come up with a stunning off menu offering to accommodate your dietary needs, however if you know precisely what you want I am sure they will make it happen if possible.Dietary restrictions: The staff was so above and beyond our waiter overheard our conversation and approached the table with suggestions of alternatives and adjustments to accommodate dietary needs.It was refreshing to not only have our needs and preferences recognized, but also provided with alternatives without feeling like the "annoying special request" guests.Kid-friendliness: Bring them down, they might end up on a photo wall if they are ready.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available.

Very fresh fish and friendly staff. The biggest pieces of sushi we've ever experienced, making it hard to eat with chopsticks, we finally moved to using forks, which was funny and awkward. Overall it was a good dinner.

My family and I have been going to Ami for what seems like forever!! We LOVE the sushi! Our favorites are the tiger roll, 911 roll and the baked green mussels. Everything is always on point and everyone is always so friendly! We were a party of 8 and we called ahead of time with a reservation and they had our table all ready for us on time. Always recommend them!
