Del taco fries are the best!! Better than any fast food french fry anywhere. They actually put a good amount of cheese on the food and it tastes fresher and more homemade. Far out surpasses Taco Bell Is the Roseburg location going to be rebuilt soon? I drive an hour and half to get there just to go to del taco. I cried when it burnt down last summer on my birthday which is when I usually treat myself to it. We need more del taco locations in south west Oregon !!

It is tough to park in front of location as parking spaces shared by gas station it is next to.They make street tacos and can get a 3pack for$6.00In it, you get1 Pork, 1 Beef, and 1 Chicken. It is a popular place, always busy.You can eat inside but we take ours to go.

I stopped in for a small quick snack. There was nothing quick happening here. There were about 3 or 4 of us and we waited about 20 mins each. There was not a huge rush, just bad management and the place was maybe understaffed. I honestly can't tell why it took so long the people there all seemed to hate their job. The food was also awful but I really can't blame the staff for that.

Hope at store #114 has horrible costumer service, It's very sad that because this woman is so far up the big bosses a** she finds it okay to show little to no respect or compassion toward their customers. My issue with her is that I told her I got the wrong order as I showed her my receipt (I get the same order every day except this time my drink was changed), she rudely insisted "No it's right! I made it myself!"I come in every day for lunch. I really love Del Taco food but due to Hopes disrespectful encounter I won't be going there as often.

In the middle of my order in the drive thru they forgot they were taking my order! Then they charged me $5 more just to make my order a large. Forgot my fries food was garbage service was garbage definitely not Worth the $26 I spend on food. Ended up giving it away to the homeless man on the corner. Don't waste your time with place.ybe if they get new people mybe!

I understand that times are hard on a business and I definitely try yo be conscious and fair minded when they are out of something or have even raised a price BUT when I ask for ONE packet of Ranch and I'm refused ONE packet unless I pay fifty cents for it, now I'm not understanding. You need customers and now you've lost a customer over 50 cents. If I had asked for a handful or several then u can totally understand giving one and charging for extras but to charge for ONE packet is ridiculous!! That's why I ran up your drive thru time!! Good riddance!!

Beans dry in burrito. Green sauce not spread throughout burrito, only at the very end. You must try the crispy shrimp tacos....mmmm. Only seasonal though. Staff friendly and courteous.

For fast food in Roseburg, I would recommend Del Taco for overall value and quality.Could use improvement in restroom cleanliness to earn the fifth star.
