We came here in October and November it was good!… Now….its changed. It has lost its home cooking feel. Too frozen box meal flavor. The service is awesome….but the food tastes fake now.

went in got food poising, called the manger to let him know, and he proceeded to tell me i was wrong and did not get it it from them and tried telling me it takes a while to feel symptoms if you google how long it takes it says as fast as 30 minutes S/O to Tristen the manger who doesn't know how food born illness work's and some how is in charge.

The food was good, typical of Elmer’s restaurants, but the service was great. Friendly and top notch waitress made sure we had everything we needed and checked in to make sure all was right with our breakfast. ??

Was confronted by the manager accused of calling someone incompetent which I never have but it was gross incompetence at its best. Beyond angry as we have gone to this Elmer’s numerous times this will never be made right absolutely ruined my nieces Birthday breakfast. Manager called me a liar and then made sure he is going to stick it to me.

This place made my family wait 45 minutes for a seat on Sunday afternoon and my wife suggested 3 table be put together for 10 people and apparently the waitress she talked to told her supervisor my wife called her incompetent which did not happen. Then the manager came out irritated and handled it like a ruffian, saying she can't talk to his employees that way, my wife said I never said that and he stood his ground, so I said,you coming out here to handle this situation this way is bull*** and went elsewhere to eat. As a manager he should certainly have been apologetic for the length of time of the wait, while others , even large groups, were seated in front of us . And rather than trying to ease the situation with the customer, he basically demands that the customer not call his people incompetent ,which had they been called that ,wouldn't have been off the mark. This situation was handled very unprofessionally by the " manager".
Apparently they don't clean the plates here. Last I check eggs and bacon shouldnt have lingonberry sauce on the plate and French toast doesn't come with onions. Hour wait for dirty plates is unacceptable. Cook is rude and so are most of the wait staff. Worst experience ever!

This is probably the best breakfast place in all of Douglas County, not just Roseburg! We visit about twice a year from Texas and make sure we stop by at least once each trip. Today was on our way back to the airport, but we made it!!

Hamburger was really dry. Waitress was great ?
