Last several visits have been disappointing. The chicken was not crunchy and had almost no seasoning. The people working in the store are mostly interested in the sketchy friends standing around and not the customers. The owners never seem to be around anymore and I think they need to be. I don’t mind paying more for a quality product but now this chicken isn’t any better than grocery store chicken.

Several times I have gone to Florence crispy chicken this last time is the final straw for me. I asked for a 8 piece chicken at 3:00 in the afternoon and the manager told me they were busy cooking breakfast and I'm more than welcome to buy these four single chicken strips. Not a time limit as to when they could do it considering they supposed to serve chicken until 4:30 or 5:00 and then I asked for maybe some macaroni then and again he said no what I have out is all I'm doing today and this is the third time that this particular manager is spoken to me this way I will never step foot and there again The chicken's amazing if you want crispy chicken go to a different town Cornelius Oregon they know how to do it
Your best bet for Krispy crunch chicken is to go to roseburg co-op and get it by someone who knows how to cook.

Great tasting chicken, love the tenders, the batter is Cajun so it's a tad spicy not for me but for kids might be a little bit much. Soft selection is really good love the sweet sour. they shut the fryers off at 5 p.m. Sundays.
