I haven't been to Little Caesars for a long time. But I decided this time to get a pizza here like old time. I have to admit it really was like old times. The crest on their deep dish is the absolute best. And the value is better than most the other places. I guess I'm going to be stuck on them in the future. Thanks for the great deep dish pizza Little Caesars.

Are you quite a bit of pizza have for a long time and these guys definitely cook the best pizza maybe other Pizza is better sometimes but in preparation and quality of like done food these guys are top

Staff is always friendly and nice, but of the five times I have been here four times the order has been obviously wrong - which is strange considering I'm not even ordering anything special, just straight off the menu with no adjustments.Of the five times I have ordered the Pretzel Crust pizza with no pepperoni, three times it has come with pepperoni and one time it came with regular crust (but still the cheese sauce). I don't know what to say or communicate to make sure I get the right item but I have tried online orders, phone order, and in-person and it still seems impossible to get a simple order right.

Ordered 1/2 cheese & 1/2 pepperoni pizza, over phone for pickup. They were a little bit busy when I got there, so I didn’t even open the box to look at the pizza which was my fault, when I got home and opened it, there was Italian seasoning, butter, and Parmesan cheese on the pizza which we did not order… so the Littles would not eat it, I did try a piece, and it was not very good! I called the restaurant asked what it was. They explained to me as I stated Parmesan cheese butter in Italian seasoning and all they said was sorry about that, they think I was given the wrong pizza , and I said that explains why my grandkids will not eat it and he said oh well that’s one of the options. We have. Sorry about that!I understand mistakes happen, and things go awry, but he didn’t even try to offer to make it right…I’m a little disappointed…?

I was helping an older man with a garage sale, and he tried to call for delivery pizza for the people that were helping him. He was unceremoniously told that they couldn't help him. He needed to do it online. So as a fairly tech savvy person, 40 years younger than the elderly man, I tried to get on and order pizza myself. It was impossible unless I knew just exactly what I wanted and even then things like Canadian bacon were not obvious. I called the store to get assistant, and the young lady told me that she couldn't help me with anything related to online not even to explain where a particular meat was or what it might be called. I will never order from them Again.
Can't beat it, walk in walk out for seven bucks.
