Mis-managed. Not enough employees. Stood for 20 minutes waiting to order. The one employee was filling pick up orders one after another. He was finally able to take our order and still worked on more pck up orders.I love the food, buy we won't be back.

Last 3 times I have been in there.I can't get served or even waited on.There's one Person only in there doing everything alone one time I went in and ordered something off the menuI could not even get it because they didn't know how to ring it up. I'm never going back in there. I like the food but I have not been served. The last 3 times I've gone and I waited 15 minutes and no one helped me.

The poor assistant manager was all alone doing all the prep the door dash orders and the walk ins by her self. She was smiling, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. My order was correct and would have been faster if she could have helped it. I always pick pita pit, before my daughter was killed we would always pick this for lunch. My oldest and I still frequent this establishment the food is amazing. The new change of ordering your toppings at the register is understandable with the current inflation. Where was her manager?

Wow this is bad since new ownership, I heard it was bad (I ate here for years since they put it in roseburg) but I wasn't expecting this bad thankfully Topp It is now an option in roseburg. If you customize anything now, you have to tell them at the register very annoying, where they make the food is completely blocked off you cant see them making the food. For that reason alone I'd rather eat at subway or somewhere else. They don't have half the toppings they used to or they're out of it. I've tried twice and they have been out of multiple things, and since they don't even have a lot of the toppings I want at all, when they're out of what I do want I get nothing. Like lettuce and tomato are your only options. I'd never order online because they're always out of things youd get there and get maybe half of what you paid for on the wrap. I'd give the atmosphere negative stars if I could it's very dirty and workers look dirty as well. By the way I was in there and saw the toppings list I'm not blind, yeah i can see how short the topping list is, and I should have taken pictures of how filthy it was.

I absolutely love the pitas, but the lack of employee's really sucks and the owner is definitely not proactive. I have watched him stand around and even leave with long lines of customers having long wait time's. He should be helping his employees when they need it if he's not going to staff his business appropriately. People just don't seem to care about good customer service. They seem to act like they are doing us a favor when actually it's the other way around.

No water. No forks (although the employee only told us this after we ordered bowls). No soup. Incorrect orders. Dry food. A really bad experience from a place that used to be good. They must be struggling financially.
