I'm traveling from Los Angeles California to visit my daughter. I Was hungry for some sushi and teriyaki beef stopped by Sakura sushi Where I live, it has some of the best Japanese food on the West Coast Sakura sushi would compete very nicely there it as if I never left home. Their food was so good. I had the two item bento box teriyaki beef, spicy beef. They give you large portions for an incredible price. I'd pay triple in Los Angeles for what I ordered here in Roseburg Neil to say I was very happy and satisfied with the quality of food and the friendly staff. I highly recommend Sakura sushi if you want to taste of authentic Japanese food at a great price.

Sushi rolls were made with the dregs and scrap pieces of fish, rolls barely holding the tiny bits of fish together. Overpowered smoke flavor on the smoked salmon, clearly just used liquid smoke. Bland, tasteless sashimi on mushy flavorless rice. Teriyaki chicken barely had any flavor. To top it all off, found a hair in the rice. Extremely unimpressed, go somewhere else in town.

This place was great got here around 11:30 on a Saturday right before a big rush of people came in. Waiter was extremely nice and the food came out super quick. Everything was great 10/10 would recommend

I won't have the calamari again, the tempura shrimp and veggies were fine although the dipping sauce lacked for my taste. I do like the size of the rolls but also lacked flavor. My favorite was the sashimi Tuna, nailed it.
It was amazing, the food was great and the servers were very nice, food came in insanely quick. The menu was well designed, and overall was a great experience.

Tried the Bento box with teriyaki chicken. It was decent enough. Service was fine, place could use some updating. Did not try the sushi so not sure how good the sushi is. Not too crowded at lunch time.
The food is always delicious, they are quick about getting food to the table, and they are some of the nicest servers in the industry. They are always so sweet to our rambunctious toddler, and they always make us feel welcomed. Love these guys, and their food is fantastic!

Went here twice while visiting family. Our servers were very nice. They suggested the strawberry cloudy sake which btw was a delicious drink. Ordered their Chicken Katsu and volcano sushi and it was SOOOO GOOD! I go to a lot of sushi places in California and this was the best I’ve had!Compliments to the chef❤️
