I don't know if it's typical of this location, but I did not have a great experience here. Service was very slow. To be fair, there was only one employee working when I came in, but she didn't seem too engaged in what she was doing. My sandwich was OK, which is the only reason for the 2 stars. I ordered a pretzel with it, which is the main reason why I'm writing this review. The pretzel was not good at all, it was stale and tough. I've only been to this location once, but this was definitely not a good first impression.

I was informed that they "Do not do water cups" when I asked for a cup for water after completing my order.It's $3 for a bottle of water here. They charge $14+ for most of their 12 in subs here. Add 3 for water, and your looking at about 19 for a fast food lunch.After doing manual labor outside with no water source, I looked forward to a standard complementary cup with some water as much as I did a sandwich.How cheap of the owner of this franchise to decide that 4.75 cents for a cup and maybe 1 cent for water was too much for his/her budget.I had a very very dry sub. Would not recommend.Update:Dear owner; I specifically asked "Can I get a cup for water?" To which your employee replied "we do not do water cups anymore"....... she was not a new untrained employee, she was very experienced and was probably managing. There was never any implied or mention of the size of the cup between either one of us.I actually thought she was joking initially. I believe you may have even come in right after, if that was you changing the cashier's till? There were only two ladies working. You should really do some retraining or hire more honest employees.

Food and service was great today especially the young lady that was serving me and my friends. The problem started when an older blonde haired lady came in and started berating and verbally harassing the girl that helped us over how the bread was being cooked. From our point of view the girl seemed pretty new to the location chain at least and even tried to communicate that she was told several ways on how to cook it. The girl stayed professional the whole time but looked very upset understandingly so. This woman has been rude to me and my friends a few times trying to rush us and acts annoyed when we take too long deciding to order. I was truly surprised to see an employee act this cruel as if she thinks she has no repercussions to how she behaved to the cashier. Truly shocking to see. Please treat people with kindness and do better. //11:00 am Sunday October 29th//

The manager Amanda is as rude as they come! They wouldn’t let a 5 yr old use the rest room while waiting to order. She offered to pull a receipt out of the trash can so we could use the code in the reciept but swore up and down she didn’t have a code go to the restroom herself. I use to b work for Doug and I’m sure if he knew n lil child had to poop while waiting in line he would be fine with her using the restroom. But I’ll never visit another one of the establishments he owns after this.

Update: There was a problem related to sanitation and hygiene. This is non negotiable. The employees all said it was store policy. I asked to speak to a manager, but none was there. I asked for a name and contact information for a manager and was told it was also policy not to give out that information. I left and went to Dairy Queen instead. Other Subway locations will be losing my business for the foreseeable future as well.

I went in to order lunch. Requested the door code to the bathroom, I was told it would be on my receipt. I explained I had just been to the dump and didn't want to handle my food with dirty hands nor did I want to take it to the bathroom with me. I was given the same response. So I left and got my lunch from a location that is reasonable and understands good hygiene.
