Been going here regularly for years but tonight was literally the worst and most degrading service I've ever had.The sandwich maker Trevor was rude, angry, and belittling.He yelled at us to give him 15 minutes to make our sandwich, belittled us for not toasting our sandwich because in his words it would hold together better, then persisted to call us stupid for not toasting it. This nightmare of service didn't stop there. When I asked for the manager he rolled his eyes and refused to tell me. Finally telling me her name was Tracy and would be there tomorrow. I said thank you and he just said YEP and called me the f word under his breath.Our sandwiches turned out to be sloppy mess that couldn't even be eaten without a fork.I'm absolutely disgusted and horrified with this service. Subway Should do better

Went there and a fat guy was working so I figured he probably knew what he was doing but to my surprise he didn’t he made the wrong sandwich and charged me for three footlongs when I got two footlongs and one 6 inch do not recommend and will not be going

The girl laid the cheese in 4 different directions, the whole sandwich was sloppy. She slid it from the toppings to me. Instead of right in front of me and she walked away. When I asked for a bag to put it in she turns around gave me a dirty look and tossed the bag to me, so I had to bag my food up. I will never go back to this location again. And if this is the kind of staff subway is going to hire, I won't be buying anymore subway sandwiches again!

Went in to pickup my online order and my boyfriend went to go grab our chips (we both got a meal). He went to grab the chips I wanted and the clerk behind the counter immediately was like "oh, your chips are in the bag with your food". I saw his chips in the bottom, presumed mine were under his. Won't come here again because the girl was rude and I most definitely didn't get the chips I paid for. And my meal was on the top half of the receipt and his was the bottom half. Apparently common sense isn't so common and due diligence isn't a thing -_-"

Two ladies working refused to remake a sandwich and were rude about it. Did they have to pay for it?They wrapped it up and I am sure they ate it after I left, by the way, no sandwich for me. What happened to making the customer happy.

I ordered online. Asked for my bacon to be cooked and it still wiggled. Ordered a regular portion of mustard but it was very heavily coated. Whole thing was bright yellow and unedible, had to throw it away. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because my kids could eat theirs.

Decent food but the owner really needs to look into hiring more staff. There was just a single employee running the counter when we went in and it made for a slow show (through no fault of his own, of course). He handled the small rush of folks well and in good spirits.

The owner of this location has only one person working 5-10 pm shifts. Long line and employee was doing his best. I asked if it was normal and he said he always works the evening solo. A second person should be added, at least on Fridays.
