We absolutely love going here for dinner. It's the kind of place where you take friends who are visiting from out of town. The food is delicious and the service is always wonderful. Yesterday was a little louder than usual, but still great ambience. Every now and then I just need a Leeky Boat.

We booked a table through the website on a Saturday night. Upon arrival, we were welcomed and seated. Our waitress was Leah and she was fantastic! She helped me pick out a Riesling, which was delicious. All of our food came out fresh and absolutely delightful in flavor. Hands down, a great impromptu date night restaurant!Update: Visited again for the BIL's birthday. Food was just as fantastic as ever, and Dylann was a delightful waiter. We have absolutely no troubles with wait times. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a lovely night out.

During a night out in Downtown Salem, catching a show at the Elsinore Theater, we decided to dine at Amadeus based on glowing recommendations, and we're thrilled we did.The ambiance at Amadeus is inviting, featuring cozy seating, a selection of eclectic artwork, and warm, ambient lighting. My wife really enjoyed her drink choice, a Marionberry Drop, which was not only delicious but also elegantly served in a martini glass.Our meals arrived promptly, hot, and were served by the efficient and friendly staff. I dug into the Amadeus Burger, a succulent Kobe beef patty adorned with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and accompanied by rosemary shoestring fries. Meanwhile, my wife opted for the Beef Brisket entrée, which was a generous portion of perfectly seasoned brisket, served over polenta with ancho Chile creme and topped with crispy onions.Both dishes exceeded our expectations, contributing to an overall delightful dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Amadeus to anyone looking for a delicious and well-crafted meal in Salem.

Wow, I am very seldom bothered by the service at a restaurant. I just think, oh well they are doing their best.Not here, everyone is on slow mode!Especially, the bartender, she is barely moving but has been talking and talking like she is the life of the party.

We had an enjoyable evening, the hostess was kind and it only took about ten minutes to get our seat even though the place was full. The food was well made and interesting, ambiance was great, will definitely return.
