My fries tasted like they were microwaved. Barley warm! My husband's chicken had a raw mushy spot on the end of the chicken. Under cooked chicken is the worst! My Pepsi was on point! But my burger tasted old. Man over $25 for lunch when I could had a better tasting sandwich at home. The lady who took our order was nice tho.

Train your staff to understand how an actual debit card works. You can’t skip the pin entry you idiots. This card is not an American so even after telling your staff they’re still bloody stupid to common sense.

Tried the mini corn dogs (10 piece) and the Coney Island both, for the first time . . . too much money for such disappointingly small portions of food. The Coney Island was so small in fact, it was a pathetic joke. I used the drive-thru. Cust service, about what you'd expect these days from a drive in . . minimal, impersonal, etc . . Will not go to A&W for those items again.

This is near my house, so I've been here several times. It is always the slowest service. This location does not understand the logistics of managing a fast food restaurant, and has wait times that are more in line with a sit down restaurant. Currently I'm going on 18 minutes in the drive-thru, and they've had to take my order twice.

Nice kfc and a&w together. Grabbed the daily special for lunch. 6.95 for the papa combo on Tuesday. Fries were pretty good, a bit oily, but decent. Iced tea was not good, but that's what comes out of the fountain. Burger was colder than my iced tea. The l.t.o.p were all warmer than the burger patty. Not ok. Won't be back. Last time I buy a burger from a kfc.

The food is almost always good. Only one time have I gotten a bad famous bowl. It's a KFC/A&W combo restaurant. That really surprised me. But it hasn't stopped me from going back. I am surprised, though, to see that it is verified by management that they are open until 10pm. Every time I go over there, they are closing by 830p, every night of the week.

A&W used to be a drive-in, That is what I miss, but the floats and burgers are great.

Awful experience.Service was good. Employee at the counter was courteous, and did her job extremely well, even with a somewhat hefty order made sure everything was right on it. I appreciated that. However, with my specific burger, I was surprised to see just a flat bun and meat with nothing on it.Nothing on it? Really? No sauce, no mayonaise? Hell, I would have just appreciated a pickle or two. I get it. It's fast food, not a steak house. But I work hard for my money, and when I drop fifty dollars on a quick fast food dinner I expect to get what I ordered: A hamburger. No cheese, I specified. Kind of ridiculous, guys. Went home and decorated it myself.Get it together, A&W Lancaster.

Can't really say much about the food. I only got root beer floats but they were excellent. Kind of hard to mess up a root beer float though lol

We came to this restaurant because my boyfriend had really been craving one of their milkshakes and I had never been to an A&W before.Upon entering, we saw quite a few people waiting for their food and the workers were running around like headless chickens. It took about 20 minutes for the lady in front of us to get a couple of root beer floats. We then waited at the counter for someone to come take our order. A couple of times, the manager glanced over at us, but did not make any attempts at service. We just decided to leave and go to Burger King.As someone who has worked in fast food most of my adult life, watching this was sad. Not a very good first impression.
