Had unfortunate experience at Lancaster location this morning. Employees were more interested in visiting with the person in front of me than taking my order. Even after getting her drink she did not move. Several people came out of the building and it appeared they were also going to talk with the customer. I won't be surprised if they didn't laugh when I drove away
