Food is fresh, yummy and worth trying.Service is standard for Salem.Atmosphere is hit or miss depending on when you go. We went for an early dinner around 4:30/5:00pm and it was pretty empty. Music was terrible and wasn’t fitting. Maybe this is me just being an old lady before my time, but Nickleback was not the right vibe for a steak dinner.Overall the food is good if you’re looking for a freshly made steak dinner.

It's a hotel restaurant, right? You know what to expect...but then there's the personal pizzas, and the clever appetizers and the intriguing side dishes and specials. It's more than the average hotel restaurant. It's great dining in a charming atmosphere. Definitely worth a try!

Burger was fantastic. The old fashioned was excellent. Kinda pricey but good food is worth the price.

I work in the food/ hospitality industry so when I “go out” to eat ( which is not very often, because I can usually make it better myself at home and are usually disappointed). But that was not the case tonight at Bentleys Salem. The food was delicious… my compliments to Chef. I had a light meal . The sweetness of the balsamic drizzle on the Caesar salad was a perfect blend to the best version of a Caesar salad I’ve ever had. The steamer clams and olives were superb… The service was above and beyond !! Nicholas was one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. He was friendly, professional, engaging, caring, and knowledgeable… he made me feel welcome to be there!! Jeremiah was an exceptional mixologist.. and baseball fan!! , friendly and kind…it was fun to watch his creativity show as he served customers. All employees were friendly and pleasant, working well together. The whole experience was a pleasant joy!!! It’s nice to know that your establishment still cares about your customers and are providing the service that matters. Thank you so much and God Bless!!!

Place is over rated for a place to eat, unless you like bland food, and have no taste buds. Staff looked sad and depressed for a Saturday night, dead and wrong food was brought to our table.Vegetarian options: No options

They swapped the menus to a “special menu” without listing this change anywhere and did not allow for you to order anything from their normal menu that is typically found online or in house. So I show up with my date and the only option is a full course meal for $87 per person. This feels very preditory, they are hopeing that you will show up, and feel pressure from valentine day to stay and pay $174 + tip instead of $80-100 since they don’t serve the normal menu.Avoid avoid avoid, scammers and cheats. They will prey on you, you have been warned. And fyi: posting the menu in reception does nothing for when you make a reservation. Having it in reception is the same thing as knowing when you sit down and by then it’s to late. Obviously can’t find a good excuse for predatory behavior.

So, I was wondering why they would let a non-service animal or seeing eye dog in the restaurant that chose to bark at everyone coming in. I really blame the weiner dog owners. It was quite unnerving and might keep me from going back. Food and service were fair.

Classy, friendly, a throwback - you get what you pay for... top notch. We can't wait to come back. Wagyu Burger is off the charts, and their cocktails.

Ordered a flank steak it had a bad taste for beef.I raise cattle, and this was the worst beef flank I have ever eaten. The food is not worth the price.Service never got our drinks refilled or even asked if we wanted another beer. Not my type of restaurantWould not recommend way too high priced for the food.

Everything was great. My Caesar salad wasn't up to par with the rest of the food, small complaint. We had a great experience!

All bruschettas were fantastic. The French onion and puff daddy were my favorite. Even though it’s one slice of bread, for seven dollars, it was worth it. My entree was the braised short rib. I could cut it with my spoon and the risotto was cooked to perfection. 10/10 will go back. Pricey for sure but at least it was amazingly good.
