Watch out for unasked for ingredient swaps. I ordered a wrap that according to the menu came with spinach and cucumber, and a spinach only salad. The wrap had only lettuce, no spinich or cucumber, and the salad was about half lettuce as well. I don't really like lettuce, and eating too much gives me indigestion, so I was left disappointed and hungry. (The wrap was actully fairly good despite the lettuce, but $30 was way too much to spend on a meal I can't finish.)

Last two times I’ve went ordered breakfast bagels get home order is wrong either wrong bagel or protein. Last coffee was so bad it wasn’t drinkable. But the worst part is the girls are not helpful , they are slow and very rude . Customer service has went down hill so bad but these girls are not friendly.

I had a very uncomfortable experience in here this weekend during the snow. The two young girls at the counter seemed frustrated that I interrupted their talking to grab a coffee, the mocha I ordered was weak and watery, but that didn’t bother me as bad as the girl’s behavior. They were snickering and discussing that it was great they had a snow day and practically didn’t have to work, and when I went to grab a seat because I needed a break from the snow they loudly said “OK BYE” and the other elbowed her laughing uncomfortably for trying to push me out. I stared in shock with my hand on a chair and they again said “goodbye haha thanks bye” in a rushed tone, plenty of awkward giggling. It made me so uncomfortable I rolled my eyes and walked out. Please try to focus on making customers feel welcome. I felt like they thought I was homeless from my layered clothing and wanted me out. They eyed my outfit up and down enough for me to feel self conscious as a grown woman. The highschool attitude was disappointing and I will not be back.

Perfect amount of sweetness. Well-blended and smooth texture (no chunky bits of ice). Tasty whip. 5/5Coffee cake: incredibly soft and with a subtle yet pleasant flavor. Only thing I would change is more streusel on top for added texture. 4.5/5Cinnamon roll: great flavor and sweetness (cinnamon ratio was perfect); however, the inside/bottom was doughy, which was pretty off-putting. 3.5/5
