The burgers at this Burger King are consistently high quality. The wrapping is done with pride and the food inside reflects it. Kudos to management and your staff, the food reflects it. 10/10 in BK.

Hit the drive thru, feeling lazy on a sunday night. So were many other people. When i got to the window i only saw 2 employees working the dinner rush. Chris was very polite, took my order promptly, and was hustling around to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. Big kudos for him being calm, polite and professional even when busy and understaffed. Also, food was fresh and correct to order.

They are now charging for any sauce request with your chicken nuggets. Not extra sauce, ANY Sauce is now .25, according to the drive through person and what I paid.On another visit, the drive thru person was a complete jerk. Husband ordered from the app, gave the code, the cashier confirmed the code and promo. Came up to the window and received two burgers (promo was for two burger meals). After asking for the rest of the food, cashier slammed the window. Not sure what has changed this last year, but this place has gone down hill.

I love BK but I am so saddened about the food I got yesterday. I was in a rush to get to my kiddos appointment and he needed some lunch. I got some of the nuggets and all of them were cold and stale like they had been sitting out. So disgusting. If I wasn’t in such a hurry to get to the appointment I would have went back. Such a waste of $17 to eat there. :(

Did a mobile order that wasnt ready, or even being prepared yet when i arrived. Then Wanted to charge me for ranch after waiting. I only got onion rings but "sauce is only for chicken nuggets."
Whoever the "Assistant manager" is has a huge attitude around 10 pm guy with glassesWas upset that I was able to order my meal online and proceeded to take the next customers order aggressively.

For the most part what upsets the most is a waiting time in the drive through every time I go west Salem BK. If there is like 2 cars ahead of you, you would end up waiting for like 35 min on some days. And 10 min before you can even start ordering while at ordering
