Mexican chocolate has cayenne pepper it normally its cinnamon. It was good and made me take a couple hrs to drink. So like slow release caffeine

Great place to wait when going to any of the Marion County services located in the same building. The music was at a level that still allowed conversation and the staff was extremely helpful. They also have a few mugs and teapots that would make great gifts for the tea drinker in your life.

Only rating the coffee. Flavor of latte was mild, no strong bean flavor, creamy milk, or art just some large-bubble sea foam on top. The decor is cute, staff were friendly, just mediocre coffee. They did give a free chocolate covered espresso bean which was a sweet gesture.

I had an americano that was really good. I also had a croissant sandwich which was really good. Lovely flaky croissant with egg and sausage. I also had the bacon burrito which usually I am not a big fan of bacon burritos but this one was really good, the bacon was cooked well. Definitely recommend.

The food was really good and I can't fault it or the genuinely good vibes every time I've gone in. My only caution is if you order online, use the "Special Instructions" section to reiterate what your order is. I don't think the website catches all the important details. I have twice ordered a wrap, today's was the roast beef, and when I got back to my desk I had a sandwich on white bread. I don't fault the folks - I fault the technology. Just be sure you confirm what you ordered. Otherwise, this place is always solid. I'll be back.

For the prices, you can't be upset. I mean the food isn't exception but it's enjoyable. Plus, they have a great variety of options. It's a great place to keep in the back of your pocket when you don't want to spend a lot somewhere else.

Taste Buds Cafe. Wonderful food. I ordered a breakfasts burrito with bacon, eggs, cheese hash browns and mushrooms. It was huge for the super low price of $5.50! Delicious and perfect to share. Carolina helped me with my order and remembered me by my given name and order name I used (Lisa) when I returned later in the day! Wow. That is customer service with a smile and a great memory to boot! I noticed she called everyone she knew previously by name when they walked in! Clean cafe and we'll stocked with anything you need to grab a bite on the go. Food was delicious so I went back for a Lemon bar and yummy Chef Salad $7 for our train ride to PDX. I will be back. What a hidden gem! A+++++++++

Nice little cafe. Chance to rub elbows with legislators and the Governor's staff. Pretty good food at very reasonable prices delivered quickly.

Great stop. Took two 30-minute guided tours and hiked 122 steps up the tower for a lovely view. Tower tour is closed in rain or bad weather, but we were blessed with sunny morning before afternoon showers. Tours are free and start at 9:30 am...on the half hour. Free!

Oregon state capital is an awesome place to visit. Their is so much to see and so much history to learn. If you visit during business hours, you can take a tour. Your guide points out lots of cool things you would never learn on your own. If your lucky, you can sit in the Governor's chair and get a picture. Also, if your up to it, they will take you up a winding staircase to the roof to see the golden pioneer statue. They will even give you a certificate saying you went to capital roof. It's pretty cool. Your kids will love it. Mine did. Anyhow, this is a great family activity. I highly recommend it.
