I'm sorry but, I was very disappointed. The ciabatta rolls were dense like white bread an tasteless. The sourdough loaf was just as dence an there was no crust.... I don't know if I came on a bad day or not but it was not what I expected.

The delicious smell of fresh baked bread that his you when you go in the store only hints at their goods.

I have been coming to this bakery for a long time. The original owner had so much over this one, in variety and quality of breads. He also had wonderful holiday breads which the new owners,I guess, have given up on. I've tried several loaves wanting for a good whole grain. There's is bland and the only flavor that comes through is mild salt. And, not open on the weekend?! Really.?I gave them two stars because there croissants are good.

Drove from the coast to do some shopping in Salem of things I cannot find here. When I got to the bakery(early afternoon) they were closed. Will not try again. I fondly remember the bakery I used to buy there when they were open more hours. ?

I got a selection of goodies from their pastry case and everything was impeccable. French baguette didn’t even make it home, so good. Already planning my next visit.

Great staff, never too busy and, best of all, WONDERFUL BREADS AND PASTRIES. They do usually close around 2pm, so plan accordingly.

Went in for a half dozen bagels, left with 6 croissants, couldn't have been happier with my decision. Will be coming back for more!

Stopped to purchase bread for toasted cheese/tomato sandwiches. Delicious choice of sourdough! Also picked up chocolate cheesecake squares. Yummy! Very friendly woman who recommended the proper bread. Will visit again when I'm in town.

Great bakery that makes fresh bread. They got desserts and lunch sandwiches. They have lots of outdoor seating with limited indoor seating due to covid. Our kids loved their sandwiches. The mozzarella tri color sandwich was fresh and tasted good.

Best sandwiches. Addictive honestly. Extremely fair price for the quality of ingredients, not to mention the BREAD!

I love Salem and Oregon in general, we visit often. Tried Cascade Bakery’s Rustic loaf. I was disappointed. The inside was soft and airy which was good but the outside was not crusty more like squishy. The person helping me said it was to warm to cut but it was cold. ??‍♀️The taste was like Tuscan bread which really has no taste. What is up with Oregon bread? Pastries look good though.

Incredible selection of high quality, phenomenal tasting bread and pastries. Their croissants are also absolutely scrumptious

Decent baked goods. Croissants are okay, not great (which is disappointing). Friendly service.

Great place to stop and get your morning coffee alongside some mouth watering pastries. Love stopping in for one of their many made to order sandwiches for lunch. Beautiful selection of fresh made artisanal breads. Quality you can see and taste!
