I love this place. I always see mixed reviews on Facebook but I've yet to have a bad experience. The ladies are always kind when I come to get my take out. I love that they serve Thai tea. My favorite go-to order is the General Tso's chicken with fried rice as well as the crab puffs. I'm definitely going to be back again as well as looking forward to trying more things.

I've given this place two chances now... the food is not good in my opinion, very bland. I got the general tsao and the chicken was not crispy and in weird tender strips. The "fried rice" was plain rice with an egg and sesame oil added to it. The first time, the kung pao had raw peanuts and semi cooked vegetables that were clearly rushed out. Huge portions though! Not a fan at all and would steer clear of it! Very pleasant smell outside but doesn't match the quality or taste of the food you actually get!

This place is the BEST authenic Chinese food in the Willamette Valley. Everything is so fresh and tasty everytime. They get you in and out without a problem, even when they are packed with customers. Our waitress 'Jinyu' is so friendly and accommodating. She is a great asset to the restaurant...Brian

Because we’ve only ordered to go, I’m only reviewing the order & counter service. Most of the food we’ve ordered has been very, very good. Our favorites so far are the Cashew style with shrimp, Szechuan style with chicken & mushrooms, Tempura veggies, and the Mar Far chicken. We weren’t crazy about the lettuce wraps, the fried rice substituted (for a charge) for the steamed brown rice we usually order, & the Kung Pao chicken. The people taking our phone orders have been great, the orders are packaged perfectly, and every order has been accurate. Further, the portions are generous so we usually have enough leftovers for another dinner! I highly recommend Chopstick Brothers!

Friendly staff, excellent food, quick service, and the portion size is a phenomenal value. This is my family's favorite restaurant for Chinese. We go nearly every weekend. Ambiance is nice and the restaurant is spacious. The parking can get tight during peak meal times. We found this place after our previous Chinese place (Lucky Fortune) burnt down. There isn't a thing in the menu that we do not like. Keep up the great work Chopstick Brothers!!

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s decent food. I am not a fan of their sweet and sour sauce and the fried rice really nice pork or something in it. I think lunch is the way to go here.

This was my third time coming here. First two experiences were great. This time not so much. I ordered the kung pao and I wanted chow mein instead of rice that comes with it, the waiter let me know it would be a $3 upcharge which I was fine with but I did not like the taste of the chow mein so I asked nicely if I could change it back to the rice instead. I only took a couple small bites of the chow mein. I sent it back with the waiter as I was not going to eat it. I apologized several times . When the waiter took back the chow mein he failed to mention I would still be charged for said upcharge. When we got our bill, the upcharge was still there. I asked why I was being charged for something I did not eat. He said because it costs money to make and I get that but I didn't eat it. The manager refused to talk to me. And refused to take the charge off the bill. As a restaurant manager myself, I know the food costs and how it works but to keep customers coming back you take care of them. I will not return here again. This is the only restaurant that refuses to take care of their guests.

Came for lunch on a fairly busy day. We were seated immediately at a comfortable spot. The server came for our order, answered a couple of questions about the menu and we made our choices. The food came out really quickly, was very obviously freshly prepared, and tasted great! We were in a bit of a hurry, so I'll have to pay more attention to the experience the next time I'm there and flesh out this review, but for now, suffice it to say, if you're curious about this place, and you like Chinese food, you should definitely give it a try!Parking: It's not the easiest parking lot to get into/out of, and there's not very many spots. The spots are also a little small. Not much the restaurant can do about that though, and it doesn't take away from the dining experience.

My wife and I have been eyeing this new restaurant from opening day but didn’t get the chance to go in until today. I am so glad we did. We had the General TSO’s chicken and the double mushroom beef with shrimp appetizers. This food more than exceeded our expectations. The service was friendly and the food came out quick. They must have cut the vegetables to order they were so fresh. We will definitely be back.
