Tried Cindy Lou's for the first time today after hearing great things. We got the Philly, with Spicy BBQ, Mac and Cheese and Baked Beans on the side. Took less than 10 minutes and they brought it to my car hot and ready. We'll definitely be back!

Today, 2/7/24, was our third time in the last few months ordering with Cindy Lou’s BBQ. Every single time, we have been nothing less than 100% satisfied. Their food is hot, fresh, and SO DELICIOUS. The employees/owners are friendly and helpful. They have our food ready and to us in less than 5-10 minutes every time. We have tried the sliced brisket, the mac and cheese, the cheesy potatoes, and the garlic bread. The prices, in our opinion, are very fair for BBQ, and the quality you receive. I cannot rave about this place more, what an amazing addition to our very slim food options in Monmouth/Independence!

Fantastic! Had the pulled chicken with sides of Mac and cheese and jalapeño rice. My wife had the ribs with slaw and jalapeño rice. She loved hers as well. Usually when we eat out even at very good spots there is always one side or items that isn’t great or just so so. Each main and side were delicious. Easy 5 stars.

My favorite BBQ in Salem. I live in Keizer but I will drive down to Cindy Lou's just for their brisket. The portions are so big it makes the prices reasonable. I've tried most of the BBQ in Salem and nothing has come close to Cindy's.

We had them host a company picnic today and we couldn't have been happier with the service and food. Food was very good and generous proportions. Service was excellent. Definitely recommend them for catering in the Salem area.

Cindy Lou’s is my favorite bbq spot in town! Amazing brisket and ribs, and ever since I’ve moved to this part of town I’ve been making sure to get some of their sides any time I can. I especially love their beans & their Mac & cheese is fantastic. They are the really friendly guys and you can tell they really love the community and smoking good food. A must-see for Salem!

Had the bbq pulled pork sandwich; pork had awesome flavor, needed a little more bbq sauce, was delicious! Coleslaw was good, didn’t care for the dressing. Mac & cheese was good, noodles lacked salt. Hope to try the ribs and bbq beans next time.
