I should have read the reviews. Check out this horrible cake. The worker giving it to my husband even said," a few of the cookies of melted off you might want to put them back on." I will never come back here. I'm pretty sure they couldn't care less about the quality of product. I couldn't believe my husband brought it home but we promised our daughter an ice cream cake.

Honestly, the store was filthy. 2 people working with not much business and it was just a really underwhelming experience. Only 3 tables to sit at - and only one of them was a 4-top. 1 of the tables was littered with garbage and no one seemed to care.Asked for the code to the restroom and the employee let me in. You can hardly see at all with the blue light put in, but I could see that the only toilet paper roll in there was placed on the ground. Overall- I was surprised what a dirty and lackluster experience it was. Definitely not worth the over priced ice cream… Cold Stone used to be such a treat when I was younger. What a shame.

Very sad to drive all this way from south Salem and them not have any sorbet due to me being lactose n tolerant. Happy my friends got what they wanted tho. But if your lactose n tolerant like me this isn't a friendly ice cream place :/

Okay this ought to be 5 stars because you cannot beat Cold Stone Creamery ice cream. So why only 4 stars? There's nowhere to sit! I think it's because of what appeared to be new chairs and UNASSEMBLED tables. And no tables outside. C'mon man! Come in early or stay late and assemble the Stinkin' ' tables!!!! Their Sweet Cream with chocolate chips is the absolute best!!!! But no seating......

Came in just before 5 waited a couple minutes without help, a couple people walked in after me and were immediately helped. The workees looked at me but gave me no acknowledgement. Bad service. Went to Baskin Robbins where I was instantly greeted and helped.

My favorite ice cream shop! The store is exceptionally clean, bright, and smells sweet with all their yummy ingredients waiting to be added to creations. The ladies that helped us were very inviting, attentive, adorable and accommodating.The lighter color ice cream was mine called "coffee lovers" it isn't pictured on the wall just on the glass by the bulk ice cream selection. ? it's the best. I subbed out heath candy for kitKat this time.The chocolate ice cream was my MILs choice called "chocolate devotion" and man was that thing incredible! My next choice I think.If you want the best ice cream/treat with max selections with great service & atmosphere? Give your local Coldstone Creamery a visit and support a wonderful business.

I picked up a doordash order around 8 o'clock tonight. There were a ton of people and only 2 workers. They were swamped but I was incredibly impressed at their attitude. They just went into overdrive and got things done really fast. It's rare to see awesome work ethic like that anymore.

Found in the Target Salem strip mall next to Subway and Great aclips. Ample parking directing in front of entrance doors. Came in to redeem my birthday ice cream. The two gals working the counter were cheerful and friendly. The shop looked clean and tables freshly wiped down. The ice cream is as expected: delicious and creamy.

Incredibly poor customer service. All employees were rude. Didn't have dairy free options even though they had multiple signs up saying they were available. Overcharged when I got the same exact thing as 3 of my friends, and I was given way less. I understand what it's like being in food service, but it felt like each worker was going out of their way to be negative. It was crazy dirty inside too. Do not recommend
