I got the "hot" chicken and it was hot ? and juicy - I personally will not go any hotter on my next visit - decent fries - and my must have unsweetened iced tea was available - slider or tender you can't go wrong - it is all on how much bread you want to eat and the quality = better quality bread then get the slider - less bread get the tender

Epic FAIL for my first visit, and I will not be giving a second chance.Ya know, all it takes is a little observation, and awareness of the customers waiting for food; this team, this night, failed mightily. I waited 20 minutes, two direct eye contact inquisitions, and one hands thrown into the air before she asked me for the buzzer number. She scrolled through 3 pages of filled orders and realized that my order was sitting on the pick-up rack. She handed it to me with an enthusiastic “here you go!” I said - really, it was just sitting there getting cold? She offered to make another order after I said something about it. I said no thank you, I don’t want to wait another 20 minutes, and briskly walked out.Of course the fries were soggy, of course the sliders were cold, of course the Mac and cheese was gloopy, but this was about not taking care of your customers. I paid over $20 for one meal + a tip at the counter before I knew the kind of service I would receive. I should have asked for my tip back. Extremely disappointed.

Snooty staff! Not helpful at all!!! Food was really weird tasting and it was precooked. that spice got all over my fingers: that's why they give you bread! not a good aftertaste. The cauliflower bites had that same weird tasting spice and were greasy!!! I won't be back!!!

Brandy was on top of it and a fast worker. She helped me pick what i wanted since it was my first time and i didn’t know what to get. The food was amazing and fresh. I was there yesterday and Brandy had great customer service and the rest of the team was also good.

I’m a huge fan of Princes Hot Chicken in Nashville, when I saw this place I thought here goes another fake hot chicken, Wrong! Tastes so good. The reaper is hot so be ready. Loved the pickles and the bread, excellent
