The menu offered up just what we were looking for. Sister and I ordered the "select three items combo plate". We both got exactly what we were craving. Husband ordered General Tso's chicken and said it was good. The interior of the restaurant was pretty basic with booths along the walls and a really long banquet table down the middle. Our server was personable and attentive. The BIG downer for the evening was the permeation of cigarette smoke around the area we were sitting. We were the only diners, so we could only surmise that a person was either smoking by an intake vent or open door/window, but it was strong.

I have ordered from them before and the food was okay, but this time I ordered the food and it was so delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again. The portion sizes were huge. One Order of something was able to feed a family of 3.

Got old fried rice delivered. Definitely was not made the day of delivery. Absolutely disgusting. All came in dried cubes, all dried out.

Unfortunately, not very good. I'm a fun of the occasional night in with cheap Chinese but it still needs to be decent. The bbq pork was dried out. The fried rice was pink I guess from the pork but bizarre. The pot stickers were rubbery and the shrimp really over battered. My son said it was better on his previous visit so we might try it one more time. We'll see....

The girl working with black hair was very rude I am simply a door dasher and she proceeded to talk about me like “how **tarded” and obviously is this and not this I’m very offended by the lack of professionalism by her !

Greeted on entry, amazing team provides the fastest food pick ups in this town I have seen yet! Lobby is clean and a comfortable place to wait if there was a wait... they are absolutely rocking it out even on busy nights! Well done team!

Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I experienced a lack of professionalism from one of the waitresses. Her behavior was very disrespectful. As I try to spend my time the best I can with my family member that visited us from the Military after 5 long years, I didn't realize we had the receipt to pay at the table since it was at the very end behind some plates away from all of us, I politely asked if we can get the check, the waitress responds by saying "I already put it on the table, can't you see? It's been there for a long time and you haven't even realized".Me and my family have been coming here for years, and it's been a tradition for us to all gather at this Restaurant, and this right here is erasing all the fun times and flavors Gold Dragon gave us.It only takes one person from a group to sink the boat.I don't feel entitled or feel more then others for visiting Gold Dragon, from a personal experience working at restaurant can put you under pressure, trying to gather all phone orders correctly while also attending those dining in and it's orders too making sure everyone is highly satisfied, but the attitude the server provided was so awful and disrespectful, no one deserves to be treated like how my other family members were treated either. Looks like coming back here won't be an option any more.I hope the management addresses these concerns to maintain the warm and welcoming atmosphere that has kept me coming back for so long. I appreciate the efforts of the owner for being understanding but I highly believe this incident can be resolved for the benefit of all patrons and hire those who actually have a passion for helping others.PS: we were the only table at the time.Good day.

This restaurant is my husband and his family's favorite place to go to since my husband was little. My husband was eagerly looking forward to come back to this restaurant where he used to go to. He was so excited to take me to his favorite place but it was ruined by the lady who everyone has mentioned about.First of all, I felt a little weird about the way she dressed up and her hygiene. Her hair was long but not taken care of the way it should as the restaurant worker. Also she was wearing crop top and showing her belly.She constantly touching her hair like it was bothering her.After we were seated, we had waited about 20-25 mins. We were completely unattended by her and we didn't even know if she was coming to take our orders. So we walked over to her and asked her if she can take our orders and she goes"Oh I didn't know if you guys are ready or if you guys were waiting for rest of family to come over first". which I understand that however as the restaurant worker, she should be the one who try to communicate with us mainly. It's just about the customer service to make sure that the customers are taken care of.While she was taking orders, she keep talking/looking at our mom even though an order was my husband's.My husband felt uncomfortable with her attitude so he asked her to look at him or have a conversation with him politely since that is his order.She was agitated/offended by my husband's words and she goes " She (our mom) comes here all the time so I know her but I don't know you (My husband). " It was incredible and such a questionable words I have ever heard from any waitress. After that happened, we all were speechless and absolutely sad. Since then she was very short with us as if she is not willing to spend time with us.I'm the general manager of the restaurant I totally understand that working at the restaurant could very stressful and hard as we get many customers who has different favor/request. As the leader of the place, for our team, for our dear customers, I have to get rid of those people who has negative energy around us.I hope that the owner knows that and realizes that the impact of those negativity is enormous to the customers.Since this place has such a great history and great food, I don't want anybody to ruin this history.Sincerely NG.

Message to the owner,As many people have already mentioned about your waitress "Ireland"...Here was my family's first and maybe last experience with her today.The last time I had the pleasure of dining here was 5 yrs ago before I enlisted in the military and shipped off overseas. I made it a point to my family that on my return we'd be coming back here during my holiday trip back home.The experience and customer service we received was the worst I've had anywhere in years and it happened at a place I've regarded highly for years. It starts with your waitress who made our visit here very regretful.After being seated, it took nearly 25 mins before our order was taken. To which my mother had to go get this particular waitresses attention. She assumed we we're just waiting and never approached to clarify if we were ready.I began my order and politely asked if we were able to make a specific plate of half beef/half chicken with broccoli that we used to order all those years to which she looks at me for a split second before engaging with someone else at the table, saying no and told them how they don't do that here. Sure it seemed disrespectful to be ignored but I brushed it off as I overheard and understood they couldn't anymore.However, she continued following up, asking various questions of my order to the person she chose to engage with instead. This other person was confused and I politely but sternly brought to her attention that I'd appreciate if she would look at me instead and direct these questions to the one that's ordering the plate.Her incredible answer to my remark was the following:"So I was talking to her because I've seen her before, that's why I talked to her. I've never seen you before. I don't know you."To which my mother playfully replies to her remark that we're all regulars, to which she follows up with another banger:"Well, I've been here a whole year and I've never seen him, but I've seen you so that's why I didn't talk to him"After we address her attitude, she expresses her displeasure with how I "came at her" in requesting proper manners/etiquette from her. She lost her cool and any bit of professionalism she had on our arrival went out the window.I asked my family if we should go elsewhere as this waitress had already ruined the dining experience for us at a place we've always loved dining.We talked amongst our selves as the waitress stood in the corner impatiently waiting for us to decide, we decided we weren't going to allow this waitress to ruin our day and we endured the stay.Her attitude didnt get any better even after giving her another chance, she no longer interacted with us during our stay, didn't offer us anymore drinks despite some of our members to include my wife who had no more drinks.To top it off, this waitress didn't even set up our tables so my wife took it upon herself to go get us the plates, my brother brought the silverware with this waitress doing the bare minimum during our stay (if that) aside from bringing the plates we ordered.At some point she placed the check at the far end of the table, minimizing interaction with us and didn't speak or apologize while checking out. The only thing we got out of her was her yelling across the restaurant after she overheard our party ask about the bill to which she shouted in our direction from behind her register about how she had: 'already given it to us - a long time ago, ACTUALLY'.No customer should ever be disrespected this way. She's good at greeting and sending people off but that's about it.Sir, I took a moment to speak with you after our meal as I wanted to talk about the disrespect we received from the young brunette employee. It'll be a long time before I and some of the members of our party return to this restaurant.I have rated this place 5 stars in the past, but please correct this employee as members of my family who still live in the city w
