The Barrista was helpful to get me a hot cup of decaf in the evening. Holy moly the cup was a double shot with heavy cream and water and was so smooth I drank it before I got home and I wanted more. The price was just right too. Try them out.

Some of the tastiest chai tea even though it's not my favorite brand Big Train Chai!

Not my cup of tea with the coffee beans. Great customer service and not bad prices.

My wife and I try to stop by this cute little shop anytime we go to the mall. The young lady working tonight (sometime around 5pm) was incredibly kind and made the best coffee we've had in ages!!! We never have any doubt about returning here but she made us very excited for our next mall trip.

Salem's best kept secret! Superb coffee, good food and excellent service. Locally owned, family operated business. Best vanilla bean latte

Everytime I visit Honey and Pine I'm reminded what a treat it is. Their coffee is my favorite, but the fresh pastries and popovers are to die for. I just wish they had a drive thru!

Best coffee and baristas! In both Salem and Redmond!

I always go here and the baristas are very nice, today I went and there was a different barista she was very rude and also ran her fingers through her hair while blending my drink I then told her about it and she told me " well I'm not inside the blender" (saying as if it was okay to touch her hair) I then asked for a napkin and she gave me one so I kindly asked if she could give me one more and she told me " if you're going to need a lot you can go to the food court they have a lot there" when I just asked for one more. She was rude for no reason at all and was not sanitary. Loved this place but will no longer be going due to bad customer service.

The barista was so rude to my friend and I. I understand if people are having bad days and it can be hard to be nice to people. Yet the way she treated us was disheartening and moved us to want to pray for her. The coffee was okay... I felt what I believe was sugar gains in my coffee. I hope they can work on their costumer services.

Went to the Salem location with a colleague today to see if we should recommend it to local students and had a significantly sub par experience. The young woman behind the counter was very rude and short with us. She was cold and dismissive. Made it seem like she had a personal issue with me. I would like to be understanding, and I don't know if she had a bad day but I will definitely not be returning and will advise others not to go as well.

Had a great experience here a few weeks ago. Young woman at the counter was super friendly and helpful, and the coffee and breakfast sandwich were very tasty. Would happily recommend. Looking forward to stopping by again and getting another stamp on my punch card!

It's amazing how they've managed to stay open during COVID. This small coffee and tea stand is the only coffee stand inside of the Willamette Town Center. And with foot traffic dropping off at malls across the country in recent years, it's surprising to see Honey & Pine managing to stay afloat. Perhaps being the only coffee shop is more than essential. But it does not fail when it comes to service, taste and quality. My experience was exceptional and I am happy to return.
