I went to get a strawberry milkshake last night and there were 2 young men working at about 10:15 ish. Very polite and kind mannerisms, and made me the best strawberry milkshake I’ve had in a long time!!! Friday night, March 1st. Make sure to give them props!!! Especially for just the 2 of them on a Friday night working together. The lady that is normally there is nice but that’s all you get. Bare minimum ??♀️

Nothing really exciting about the food or the service it was all just not something i should be writing about I just wasnt impressed with anything so im just going to leave it at that. One thing i would recommend is staying open 24 hours because the night before we would have loved this place and given it 5 stars after we got done at the bar and were hungry. Thats what ive always counted on jack in the box for was awlays being that spot open at 3 in the a.m. to get a bite to eat but they are always closed now just like the rest of the places. That is your market your nitch what happened?

Dove all the way there just for them to tell me they were not open. So someone was there but apparently they didn’t want to make any food.
The food was freshly made and taste great, they were quickly serving and very friendly.

Date January 3rd 2024. Approximately 9:45pm this occurred. I went through the drive through tonight and when I was asked what I wanted I replied "im going to take a look at the menu " there was a pause and one of the workers said he's lying. I said "no one just said that" he said "ok ok well he's just messing with you " I said ok well im not in the mood to be pranked and especially not when im trying to order food to eat " the worker then proceeded to laugh and say whatever man do you want something to eat or not " after that I asked if there was a manager I could speak with because this isn't ok and still laughing one of the workers said it's there day off there not here right now but would you like to order something. So like most people feed up with the situation I pulled up to the drive through window and sure enough there were 3 to 4 people just standing there making it very clear on what they were doing, messing with me. Again I feel like most people at thus point would have lost it and I did because why? 1. I do not like to be messed with like that and especially when this kind of display of service is happening. 2. As I leave this review I have the feeling that most likely nothing will be done about this and then these guys will just end up laughing it off and them im the joke yeah the punch line, the guy who just wanted to have dinner after work and then this. Great. One of the mest up things about this is that I noticed 2 workers in the background looked completely shocked on how upset I was and I could tell that they had no idea as to what just happened and also one picked up the phone to either call the police on me which I could totally understand because walking into something like that can only leave you with one choice or she was calling here hire up to let them know what was going on so they could cover there butts. I've called corporate and I've left a very detailed message on the matter but again I don't feel like this will really get resolved with any kind of repercussions for these clowns.

Bad service I went in to order, they told me to wait, I spent 10 minutes and nothing, they only saw me and no one attended to me, then 2 more people arrived and they also did not attend to us. But if the person who didn't have to shop tended to her friend and we, like idiots, disgust at the service, I don't recommend buying there.

Monday, 9/18 at around 12pm. I was getting a car wash next door and decided to walk over for lunch. I tried to open the dining room door and it was locked. I saw that there was plenty of cars in line and it was obviously open. I decided to go around the back to continue on and walk around the building but noticed that the back door was open and a worker was standing near it. She was dressed out of uniform and late 30’s-40’s. I said “excuse me” and asked if the dining hall room was open, apparently that startled her and she was immediately rude and responded “no, we aren’t open”, I looked at her confused and she responded again, “ we aren’t open we are short staff, we aren’t open”, “you can wait in the drive-thru” repeating herself in frustration. There is no sign on the door, no explanation besides “we are short staffed”. The funny thing is, I have been in the drive thru line before and seen people have to order in drive thru, so I know this isn’t the first time. I was definitely not going to wait in a car line when there is no reason why I can’t make the very same order inside. I decided not to purchase anything. Reading the reviews, this franchise clearly has its issues. District mangers need to step up and address then.
