Been to this particular location several times now, and it's been consistently decent. They make the sandwich from start to finish in front of you, so it's pretty easy to tell if they're doing something wrong - haven't experienced any issues, but for those who are concerned about getting the wrong orders, or having ingredients added/left off, this is a plus.The quality of the food is top notch for a restaurant of this type - much, much better than Subway. Their bread has much better texture and has a nice, chew. It's not overly soft or mushy. Their gimmick is that they slice the meat and cheese when they make your sandwich, which, theoretically might make it slightly fresher than otherwise - it does add bit of time to the process though, and I'm not sure how much freshness it really adds, but it's kind of fun to watch.They have a small selection of toppings you can choose from, which all seem to be freshly prepared. I like their sweet peppers. They offer to make your sandwich "Mike's Way", which is basically putting a bunch of lettuce, some Italian seasoning, a little pepper, and some olive oil and vinegar on your sandwich.Parking: There should be plenty of parking in the parking lot. It's much easier to enter the lot from Sunnyside than from Commercial - especially if you're heading North.Kid-friendliness: They can make sandwiches as plain as your kids want - as long as they like bread, meat and/or cheese they should be good.

I come here several times a week for pick up orders and numerous times I get home and the order is wrong. Well today when I called to ask for a refund I was sassed then hung up on by a bratty little girl who probably shouldn't work in food or customer service. Im literally never going back.I have NEVER had another Jersey Mike's store mess up my order or be rude to me. I am always patient and leave a tip. It's not me its you.

I love coming here, but tonight my club sub for pickup didn’t have bacon or mayo. Really disappointing paying full price and not getting the sandwich advertised on the menu! This is not the first time this has happened either!

I am sadly disappointed in the food we received. They gave my partner the wrong sandwich and their gluten free bread is absolutely the worst GF bread I have ever tasted. It actually tastes like sand. I couldn’t even eat it. My partners sandwich was soaking wet all over and not even what he ordered. We will not be returning and I don’t like leaving poor reviews but this was dreadful…the chicken on my sandwich was chopped and grainy as if several days leftover. My partner has been in the bathroom since eating his sandwich. We both had to throw them out. Whomever is managing this store obviously hasn’t tried the food…it’s very sad. Spent too much money. We could have gotten TV dinners that tasted better.

Overall experience was great the girl that handled my sub was understanding and followed what I wanted on my sub. Really great attitude, respectful and hardworking people. I give my roast beef and provolone sub a 10/10 it was amazing and was neat. Would definitely recommend and will come back for sure.

Great cheese steak. That said they are not big on understanding simple instructions. Ask the girl to make my sandwich on a not obviously dirty surface. And to start the sandwich over. She then grabs a piece of paper and places it underneath the already contaminated bread. Dumbest food handlers if you ask me. Somebody is going to get sick I know it.
