I ordered a famous bowl and a pot pie. I was told the pot pies we're not available. So i ask for a second Famous Bowl and this is what I got. What kind of dish is mashed potatoes, cheese, fries and bacon. I think these workers might be inept.

It was okay. I haven't been to kentucky for my chicken and a long time. I remember the food tasting much better, less salty chicken strips.This may be due to the fact that I eat at home more often.

This place doesn’t take coupons because the manager doesn’t want to. Don’t go here if you depend on the coupons and you can afford spending 60+ dollars on chicken. The rest of the staff are very kind and I do appreciate their help!

lets start with the sticker shock, 12 piece meal was $53 after the discount..yikes. if im going to pay that much for chicken, it better be the best chicken ever. This was not. When I opened the bucket I thought the coating had fallin off, but in actuality it had the coating but I don't think it was cooked all the way. And the chicken was kind of soggy. Staff was super nice. There was no one in line, and now I know why. KFC used to offer a decent takeout, but the last couple of times I have been there it's just been kind of sad.

This review is different. Great Grandpa has had to be on a feeding tube for more than a year. He has been working hard and following doctors orders and now has progressed to the point he can eat some soft things. When asked what he really really wanted he replied with KFC mashed potatoes and gravy. He was delighted! My expectations were pretty low but I had a spicy chicken sandwich and was surprised. It was better than expected, and I would even put it above that other famous chicken place CF.
Everything was good! Good cashier, ThankYou Mike P.! Friendly, listens, helpful! Food was hot, fresh, came in a timely manner. Good price for 2 people.Keep up the good work.PS: I loved the biscuit too!Have a good holiday season to all at kfc!Wheelchair accessibility: Front Door wasn't automatic for when a person in a wheelchair or scooter.Will need help with doors to bathroom. Bathroom Seemed clean!

Stay away from this drive thru. I have not gotten the right order yet 0/3. Just when I try to give them another chance, they let me down. I just went thru and they mixed up original for extra crispy. If you're out of extra crispy, just say so. I can order something else. Unsat!

I worked for KFC in Columbia, MO for over 2 years in the 1990s and was an Assistant Manager of 3 different stores. I've since visited several KFC restaurants throughout various States across the US and my experiences at the KFC in Keizer, Oregon have always been very pleasant!The Store Dining Area is always clean and I pay particular attention to the Kitchen area which I am also very impressed with.Most KFC kitchens in my experience tend to show Greasy Counters and Flour and Food on the Floors but Not this one. Counters shine and the Floors are Clean and Dry!Again, the KFC in Keizer, OR is very impressive. Not only does the Store look great - the Food Looks Great and Tastes the way KFC food should technically look and taste per KFC guidelines.The credit obviously goes to the Staff!Every single visit I've had at this store, the Managers and General Staff are always incredibly nice and appear cheerful!Whoever owns this store should feel proud of both their Store and Staff.Thank you for offering such a great experience each time!PS - I also appreciate your bringing back the Hot Wings!!
