I ordered for Uber eats delivery and the food was perfect!! I added special instructions, such as no goat cheese on my salad and they made everything perfect! They added a fork and red pepper flakes as requested and the pizza was wonderful!! I would highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing staff, I wish I would’ve asked their names. But they can probably guess who they are. Gave my my margherita pizza first time here im a huge pizza connoisseur and they made me one of the best pies I’ve had in Oregon, but with the best attitude and customer service!

Closest thing to Italian pizza I've had state side. Definitely the best pizza in Salem. The La Bianca never disappoints and keeps us coming back time and time again.

I can’t believe I remembered to review. Dined in after drinks at another spot. Got the classic pepperoni pizza. It slapped pretty hard. Wood fired style, crispy crust, and a big fan of the cup and char pepperoni. Throughly enjoy and recommend. 15 dollar pies I think is a little high for the size. But that’s a nit pick. Quality is great. Come get a slice. You will like it.

Gotten there pizza twice and was not disappointed. On the spendier side for a personal size pizza but the flavor is very savory and rustic. The location does have dine in but it's not fancy by any means. When dining there the gal who serves the pizza comes to your table instead of giving a pager. Overall if you choose to go to the Fork Forty they are a must try. Expect to pay around 15 dollar range.

This pizza was amazing. Good price, awesome cookery/service, and such a unique flavor profile! When we went we got the chanterelle mushroom pizza with hazelnuts (both being local ingredients directly from Oregon!) The fruity fragrant taste of the chanterelles went beautifully with the asiago cheese. The house made white sauce melted well with the asiago and made for creamy picturesque cheese pulls. The bitterness of the hazelnuts & asiago were perfect with the sweetness of the chanterelles. One more thing that made this pizza perfect? The man that served it to us. Luckily, we got to chat a bit. His name was Andreas (apologies if I misspelt.) The crust on our pizza was incredible! He did it all seemingly with his own memory and skill with making an awesome pizza. He was kind, chatted with us a bit, and made sure we were all set. A++ for La Lucciola!

Solid spot for thin crust Neapolitan pizza! Pizzas are small personal size and made to order. They have an authentic pizza oven. I ordered the meat lovers pizza and it was delicious! Hard to find restaurant as there is no sign outside and you have to come inside to find it. Seating is not too comfortable and there is no restaurant parking. I ended up parking at Wells Fargo bank, 3 blocks away and walked. You order at the counter and they bring you your pizza when it is ready. There are only a few pizza options and a couple salads. For drinks they have a tiny mini fridge with cans of soda (no diet options) or bottled water. Pizza was good but other issues listed above lowered the rating for me.

Great group of people running this spot making delicious pizza and salads. The meatball sandwich is amazing too. My son and I go here every Friday and it’s always spot on. Highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: Super nice to my son and have even let him come and watch how the whole process is done. My son really loved that and loves feeling like he’s part of the team. They love classic video games and movies and love to chat while making pies.

This pizza was perfect! I came by at a little after lunch time and I was able to get in and out in about 5 minutes! The best part wasn’t the speedy service but the quality of pizza! The flavor was fantastic with great cheese and sauce. The crunchy crust was perfect too! The location in Fork 40 was easy to access and the staff was friendly and welcoming!
