Spicy chicken dish was very hot and super delicious. Chile Verde so tender and flavorful tomatillo sauce was excellent. Portions were large so we had lunch for 2 days. Also, very good selection of Tequilas. From outside, you'd never know what a great ambiance inside!

Nice service staff but not impressed with the food. Everything needs salt. The Colorado burrito red Chile sauce bland and runny. Small chunks of beef hiding in the tortilla. Perhaps I'm spoiled growing up in Los Angeles.

This is the only place in Salem I'll go to for nachos. I have a sensitive stomach so I just get the beans, cheese and sour cream. But it's always super hot and good. Fast, too. With friendly service.

So I eat a lot but couldn't clean my plate. You get a full platter of delicious food. The chips and dip they serve are really good too.The restaurant was very clean which is very important to me. Service was friendly and prompt.This will be a regular stop for now on.
Prices for the food used to be reasonable, now they've gone up approx $4 a plate. Food is still excellent.Parking: Huge parking lotKid-friendliness: Family restaurant, clean and safe. Bar is removed and separated by a wall.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible

I ordered fajitas through DoorDash. The fajitas arrived in a paper bag soaked in grease. The fajitas were in a pool of grease. The food wasn't edible. It was disgusting and they've lost a customer.

We came for dinner and both got carne asada, big portions and they gave us roasted jalapeños too. Chips and salsa were tasty. The service was really good. I would come back for sure and try some seafood.

I love Mexican food, and have tried many restaurants in Salem. Las Palomas is ok, but the food lacks flavor. On this visit I ordered the Shrimp Rancheros, which is a dish I usually enjoy. The vegetables were primarily carrots. I like carrots, but would have preferred more variety. The sauce was quite bland. Although the shrimp were plentiful and fresh tasting. The refried beans lacked flavor as well, and the fresh salsa was a little disappointing. No kick.I was impressed with the service which was excellent! I will consider giving them another try.
