Always interested in finding a new health food store, and realize that with reviews, you can't please everyone all the time. That being said, looking at the reviews, up until 9 months ago, it appeared someone from LifeSource was taking these reviews seriously, and actually responding. That stopped 9 months ago, and really sends a message to current, and potential future customers, that potentially no one longer cares.Based on the lack of response from the owners, this is not the store for me.

They put the TP on backwards. Won’t be back.

I have been going here a lot more recently. They have some great deals and the store is always clean. I love the selection and variety they have.

Not the greatest shopping experience. I've lived all over, shopped at a variety of healthfood stores, and this is at the bottom of the barrel.Produce is hit or miss with quality. More miss lately. Same with deli, it's usually filled with empty pans with food drying at the bottom. The grab and go section has drastically decreased the salad options.Prices have been keeping me from coming back. I would suggest lowering prices for the quality this store puts out.

Friendliest staff you will find in a grocery store! Very clean, great selection and wonderful bulk section

This place used to be great until it expanded. The deli is often bare, prices got ridiculously expensive, often just 1 or 2 cashiers open even when the store is crowded, needs another restroom, not as family friendly as it used to be, can't get milk with EBT anymore if it's in a glass jar unless you have cash on you, the customers are rude, very liberal clientele. A grouchy older woman told me to tell my 2 year old to "hurry up" as we were leaving the store. I have been coming here for years but I don't plan on coming back again.

I buy all vegetables, fruits, greens here for the birds and for the family.

A wide variety of products, but extremely slow customer service.

We absolutely love this store! Locally owned, not a chain store! Lots of organic products to choose from when shopping. The bulk food section is amazing. The best part of the store is their "pharmacy" section. Not a true pharmacy, but lots of vitamins, supplements, etc., staffed by very knowledgeable people.OK, their cookies are pretty good, too!

Lifesource is one of my favorite places in Salem. Sure they have great snacks and food - most grocery stores do. There is something special about lifesource though. When you walk in the door there’s a smell of all the tasty deli food they have made that makes me feel like I’m home and I never want to leave. One time I was in line and an older gentleman in front of me was having a conversation with the cashier and he told her how much he appreciated her and they had a moment together that was really touching and I was standing there like a weirdo nearly crying trying not to obviously listen in. It was a sweet moment that I’ve felt many times while I’ve shopped - thanks.I’ve also met some neat folks at their bike rack. it’s one of the only places in town that always has more than one bike parked at the rack so chances are you’ll get to talk to a fellow cyclist. And I should say, they sure do have a giant rack.Kudos for having a separate systems for bringing in your bags/jars credits and rewards for shopping so I can donate and get a cheaper price.

Top quality produce, amazing people and delicious gluten-free, vegan pizza. Since having my Dr. Tell me I need to change the way I eat, or ELSE!, I know I can find new alternatives for tasty meals here. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the selection process. A lovely lady recently helped me choose a perfume oil I had been looking for, as a treat for myself. This is now my go-to for healthy and delicious meals. Thank you.

I Have Recently Figured Out That I Needed To Go Dairy Free. My Body Had Enough. My Wife Then Took Me To Your LifeSource Store. Wow, What An Eye Opener. If You Are Looking For An Alternate For Dairy, Go To LifeSource. Oh, Go Back To The Supplements Section. The Help There Is Top Notch. I Was Looking For A Non-Dairy Protein Power. I Got Directed To The Protein Powder Area. I Thought That There Might Be 3 or 4 Choices. The Salesperson Was Great & Knowledgeable. They Had About 10-15 Different Choices. I Love The (BONE MARROW) Type.
