Came in 10 minutes before closing and asked if they had any pizzas ready they said no and they offered to make one and it would take 10 minutes so I said sure I’ll wait and once I received the pizza I went home to see a raw pizza. Not even joking it was as if they laid out dough and put cheese on top to get me out. Simply could have said sorry we don’t want to make any rn I would have left. So I had to go home and bake pizza that I paid 8.99 for.

Since when does a little Caesars Pizza cost more than then dominoes and Pizza Hut? Psh ..if I knew I'd be spending that much I wouldn't have gone to little Caesars I would have went to another place.... Little Caesars is supposed to be the money

I must say it's very nice that whatever millennial teenage folks that were working there previously are gone and now there are some nice young people with customer service skills and they have pizza when I go there and I like pizza especially when I go to get some

Came here to pick up some quick and ready pizza and breadsticks. They didn't have any breadsticks ready. Told us the pizza was old and would make some fresh. 15-minute wait we were told. 20 min later, we decided to go inside to pick it up, so they didn't have to bring it out to our car. During this time, folks are getting handed pizzas for online orders. One was even a grubhub, pick up 5 pizzas, and 3 breads. I get it. At the 30 min mark,someone asked for a refund. By the 40-minute mark, I was getting ready to ask for a refund. I get they were slammed, but when they finally gave us our food. My pizza was ice cold, but my breadsticks were fresh. They couldn't keep up with the orders, they gave unreasonable expectations and didn't put the pizzas in the warmer because anytime they came near the front, customers were asking about their food. Either be honest about the wait time or at least put the food where it needs to, so if we have to/ or want to wait 45 minutes, it is still hot. Please

I ordered online and it said 16 minutes. It took me 25 minutes to get there. When I got there the lady told me it be another 20 minutes. Normally this isn't really a big deal and I understand people are short staffed. But I also have a daycare provider who charges me Quite a bit of money when I'm late. And 20 minutes will make me late. All I ordered was a $16 pizza and it's going to cost me at least $50 for picking up my child late. So I opted out of the pizza and just went home. the young lady at the counter said well, you can go get your child and come back... Except for the fact that I live almost 30 minutes away.
