All the food had an unusual taste. Old oil overcooked chicken very dry overcooked pork overcooked shrimp. Sweet and sour was so overcoded in sauce literally had to wipe it with a napkin too stand the glowingly sweet sweet and sour meal. Way too sweet and had this funky nasty old taste to it.Even the noodles and rice was substandard.I wound up with GI issues. I wouldn't say necessarily food poisoning but definitely not a good experience.I was extremely disappointed having craved Chinese food for some time.I hate here several years ago and had a wonderful meal. Definitely not the same experience this time.Go someplace else save your money.

My favorite Chinese food. You won't be disappointed.
Went for the lunch special specials. Wife got the daily special (sweet sour shrimp, pork chow mein, pork fried rice) and i got the conbo 4 (see menue photos). Restaurant had 10 to 12 tables full. Our order was taken quickly, hot tea came out right away. Moments later, our food arrived. Good quantity for the price and was filling. The menue items were fresh, tasty, and did not disappoint.Place was clean and the servers were friendly even though they were clearly busy. Upon my request, they brought out hot oil and chilie paste. They do have saracha. Personal preference though for golden crown chow mein instead(less celery). Oh, the fortune cookies are fantastic, something to look forward to as we finished the pot of tea. Overall, lunch was very good and will go back again.
The place to go for the best Chinese in Salem. I had the house lo mein and wow! Absolutely delicious. If you've never eaten here you owe it to yourself to try it.

Went here as part of a group meal. I use a walker so couldn't access the restaurant from the front or one of the sides. There is a ramp on one side to use and a doorbell. Had to press the doorbell several times before we were admitted.Once inside my group of about 40 was in one room . Tables were set up nicely. There were 2 of us with walkers. We both wanted to keep them by us, several people tried to move them. Explained it this way, how would you like your legs being put across the room?The food was plentiful and tasted really good and the price was reasonable. Avg $13-14 a person. They didn't have have Coffee in stock, they had run out. The server did an excellent job with a smile on her face.
