Ordered a pizza and was told 1 hour. Took over 2 hours and the pizza was cold. I called them and did not receive any compensation at all, not even the tip that I prepaid.

Good vegan pizza. Potato wedges for appetizers. Irks me that the OWNER keeps the delivery fee rather than the driver. I wonder if this is true of credit tips.

Pizzas are out of this world good. Only one time, I had a driver drop my pizza and I didn't notice until I got it inside. Called them up and they very generously replaced it. No hassle at all. I will definitely keep ordering from them. Favorite pizza in town!

Order a pizza and it was supposed to be delivery time at 4:55 p.m. at 5:20 pm I finally called the store back to ask where my pizza was they said oh it's walking out the door so I wanted to talk to a manager about how come taking the 30 minutes past their original delivery time and it's just now walking out the door so i i talked to manager, i thought he offered my money back plus pizza was already on way. So another 35 minutes went by, and still no pizza, so i called back and they said pizza was cancelled. Omg i have a 4 year old waiting to eat. Lack of communication. I just wanted pizza and ended up with my 4 year old asking over n over and me looking out window. No food.They could of told me that when i last called.

The power forward (garlic combo) is possibly the best pizza I have ever eaten. Quick and friendly service.
This is one very good pizza. The staff struggles to get your order right if you have it delivered. At least when they're wrong, they generously correct their mistakes. It takes time but by end of 3 hours, satisfaction guaranteed.

I took a video for proof/documentation, because this has been a nightmare just trying to get a medium pizza today. Others have wrote this below it seems, this place has issues. After two hours I was harassed by the delivery driver and then received cold pizza. I talked to district manager today, I will not buy food from this establishment again. Incredibly unprofessional (and literally delivered stone cold pizza).

Disappointed. Delivery took an hour and a half and was taken to wrong address, even after delivery address was verified twice.

I called in my order tonight and Jesse took my order for an XL Taco pizza and a medium pepperoni with olives and green onion. It took an additional 15 minutes from said pickup time and I didn’t receive either of those pizzas. Jesse proceeded to argue with me that I was wrong and that I didn’t order either of those pizzas and was saying I was lying. The supervisor Cole was very understanding and agreed that Jesse was in the wrong. Cole (the supervisor) was an absolute pleasure to work with. I asked for a refund and without hesitation he made that right with me. He had us take the pizzas that Jesse imputed wrong, but overall this was a pretty awful experience. The only thing I recommend is that Jesse learns a bit about customer service from Cole and maybe move to delivery if he continues to work for Odd Moes.
