Ordered a Fish and Chips dinner for 2 this evening via phone in order and I questioned the price on the dinner for 1 piece of fish and a handful of fries. I asked the person I placed order with if the price was right ($20.00/Order). I stated that $40.00 was kind high for just piece of fish and a handful of fries. He told me that there is actually 3 pieces of fish. I told him it only showed one piece in the picture. I was reassured that there was 3 pieces. I got home with our order and there only 1 pices of fish and most of it was batter. Red Lobster should hire people that know what they are talking about. This was the last order we'll be placing with RL. I feel like we got taken for a ride on this order. There are other places here to get seafood and RL won't be one of places in the future.

Came here multiple times and enjoyed ourselves. Comfortable atmosphere and food quality was spot in. Management and staff was good*Update 9/29/18went back again tonight for dinner, amazing surface as previously stated, even spoke with the manager who is very pleasant, Dylan was our waiter tonight and was very friendly and polite, and very energetic. Food came out fresh and hot, no issues at all with accuracy or temperatures."update 04/08/24I used to love coming here especially for endless shrimp 'pre covid'. Since they made it a normal thing, the quality variation has gone down a alot to the cheapest option and the speed as to which it comes out is disgusting. I've tried it 3 separate times over 2 years before I leave this review, literally 20 minutes for popcorn shrimp, every refill... Not happy

We went to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary, I requested a private setting when i made our reservation. We were seated in a very noisy room with people everywhere. As for the food, at the price you would think your baked potato might have more than butter and sour cream, or at least the options for more. The lobster had good flavor although the meat itself was chewy and seemed overcooked. They had Great Cocktails and we had a Great server. Overall a disappointment especially at the cost.

My friend and I went to try Red Lobster for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. Heard good and bad about this place. We shared the "make your own platter" and were happy with it. We got snow crab and a lobster tail for our premium, cocnut shrimp and skewer as our regular, and fries and broccoli as our two sides. We also got two order of biscuits. Plenty of food for two people. The crab was a little overcooked and stringy but the lobster was delicious. Shrimp skewer was good and the coconut shrimp, while a little too sweet, was nice and crispy. Fries were decent but the broccoli was soggy and too salty. Service was prompt and respectful. We liked the atmosphere and interior lighting and decor was in good taste.

Food was as good as to be expected. Our server was the bartender & she was great. That being said, $103 bill for two ppl is way higher than what it used to be. & unfortunately the quality didn't match the cost for me. If you really love love love red lobster than it might be worth it to you.
