I love this Starbucks! The drinks are great and the service is very fast. In the mornings there is a long line but it does not take long. The staff are also very nice. They talk to you and they make you feel welcome. I do recommend this Starbucks.

Not sure what the deal is with this location, but every time my partner and I come here our drinks are never made correctly. We just order menu items nothing fancy. We don’t have issues with any of the other Salem locations.

This Starbucks used to be a great place to meet a friend for coffee but not anymore. I'm sure that the drive through at this location probably generates most of its sales but please clean the lobby. My husband and I decided to go inside yesterday and while the coffee was good the lobby was disturbingly filthy. I understand that things get busy and it's hard to keep up sometimes but it was obvious that this store has not been cleaned regularly for quite some time.

THEY FIRED THEIR STORE MANAGER WADE(cross posted from yelp)~ I am a regular here. I noticed the manager wade was not here for the past week and they had a fill in manager working who did not seem to know what she was doing. I asked the barista at the counter where the regular manager wade was to which she said he was fired. I find that ridiculous as he was a retired military veteran and genuinely an enjoyable person to talk to while i was in the store ordering and working in the cafe. Starbucks claims they are diverse but will fire someone who was in the military.I don't know what happened to this location but they seemed to have gone through manager after manager in the past year. Maybe the company or higher ups should look at themselves and see what they are doing wrong from their end. I Don't know much about this new manager but lets hope she had better luck than the other managers this company is taking advantage of and recycling through.I want to give one more star because the baristas are always so nice and honest but i will not praise a company that goes against their so called values.
