You have to be very clear with the employees here because some of them could not find the short bus stop to begin with if that gives you clue on how they’re going to make your coffee you will understand why I said you have to be very clear with them. They will mess it up and act like nothing happened. There other Starbucks in this town that work much better hit them up.

Not sure why it is every time I come here, which isn't often, there is always the same manager that is disgustingly rude. I stood as the only customer for what seemed like a century while 6 employees stared at me, didn't ask to take my order, didn't ask if I needed help. Apparently I was supposed to get in an unmarked line for ordered not placed in the app yet. The lady taking these orders had her hands full in a blender. I was instructed to wait until she was able to help me. She dropped what she was doing and took my order, with the fakest smile on her face. Why can't the other 7 people staring at me take an order and help our their team mate? Why am I getting attitude from you when I did nothing but walk into the building? Very uncomfortable. You can tell there is a HUGE management issue. I don't go to Starbucks enough to really care, twice a year maybe, so we'll just try another coffee place or location next time.

Barista was very rude, my drink was watered down and half empty
The barista there was a bitch. She closed the lobby early and made us wait for our mobile orders while making snide remarks. Avoid this Starbucks, they do not care about customers.

Ordered an Americano & slice of pumpkin loaf for 7.50. Coffee served within 5 min. It took another 5 min to have bread warmed. Staff were working diligently. When I asked about my bread order, the coffee server responded, "I'm only serving coffee, you'll need to wait for the other server". Could Starbucks not find a more efficient & timely way to warm & serve their food items?

HORRIBLE STARBUCKS!!?????????????????Went there the 23rd of October 2023 around 6pm and the supervisor there has the worst customer service skills/very rude and disrespectful as well ! So I had purchased a drink thru the drive thru then left & drove off then finally took sip of my drink and it taste different so I looked at the cup and realized then they didn't put almost milk and instead put regular milk and i cant have regular milk . So i drove back and went back thru drive thru and let them know my drink wasn't made right and I asked if they could remake it, so she got the manager/supervisor and she came at me rude and was arguing about the drink(like what professional does that?) And she refused to remake the drink and was rambling with all kinds of rude remarks and I said "look I don't need her attitude nor do I have time to listening to her being rude and if it's such a hassle to remake my drink then I'll just by another drink ! Only reason I even offered to buy another one is because I just really wanted something to drink but made right and didn't want to deal with her negativity, yet... She was refusing to remake my drink then she said no "I'm not making you a drink"...I'm like "what the what?" I've never ever had such bad unprofessional customer services til I came to that starbucks...she really deserves to be fired ..I really feel bad for the employees there that have to work with her as well as future customers that may go there when she is working.

Food is pretty good. Im not a coffee drinker but I like their chai. Good flavor not to watered down. Service is always good. Nothing out of this world but polite and competent. The line always moves fairly quickly even when busy. Atmosphere only gets dinged because it's location. Doesn't have a good place to sit down outside. 4 out of 5 stars
