They only had one person working,the customer service needs were not met,I ordered through the app and came to pick up my order and one of my sandwiches which was supposed to me toasted wasn’t toasted and I had to wait a good 15 mins to have it toasted because they refused to serve me when my order comes first,the employee had an attitude and asked me “what’s wrong with your sandwich “

I don't like leaving negative comments but this was such a horrible experience. The staff there are very innatentive and the sandwich was horrible. No meat on half the footlong, and no mayonnaise as ordered.

Normally this location is great. Had an experience tonight that makes me not want to go back. Ordered 2 12” Subs on the SubWay app only to get to the store grab my bag & then notice one of them is only 6”. I notified the employee and she told me they ran out of meatballs so she only gave me half a sub. That’s incredibly unprofessional & quite literally theft because I was not notified my sandwich was 6”. I could’ve left with it and she would not have cared. It upsets me to see local places I used to enjoy having these issues now. Order # DD74DC5D-BF
