My order that was delivered was completely wrong. I ordered 2 6" sandwiches in a meal which means add chips and drinks. The receipt was correct. When door dash delivered, I had 2 foot longs - that's it. $25 with delivery fee. I drove all the way there and was told no delivery refund and - and no credits either. When I got home - the order was still wrong!! Wrong chips in the new bag!!! This is the third time my orders were wrong and once I got slimy lettuce and cucumbers. NO MORE GOING TO THIS ONE!!

I'll never forget years ago when I was a cab driver going in there and the girl says to me we're not serving you your cab driver to which I probably turn around and left as she screamed or you can get a free drink and then she called the cab company to complain that I had left after she requested that I leave I never have been back I think that was over 4 years ago still bothers me to this day that she still willingly discriminated against me because of my job it just blows me away that she thought that was kind of funny or whatever and then expected me to stay around for a free drink and then complained about it I mean how awkward you just trampled all over my rights then you called to complain that I left without saying a word and not taking you up on an offer for free drink so stupid

CARLOS WAS ABSOLUTELY AN ANGEL.All online sources said they close at 10:00 pm, however they actually close at 9:30. Our bus full of students ordered ahead around 9:00 about 20 sandwiches and it turned out there was only one guy there. He ended up staying over an our late to make our sandwiches and was so nice about it.Carlos needs a raise.

Whoever owns this subway seemingly refuses to staff the restaurant correctly. One single person working Saturday at noon is a recipe for disaster. I have to imagine the staff are completely overwhelmed and stressed. They’re doing their best but it is impossible to keep up being so understaffed. Every time I order from here it’s at least 15-20 minutes late. Won’t be going here anymore.

Placed a order online for pickup. Was informed it would be 20 min ok cool. Show up 30 minutes latter the place is empty of customers yet my sandwiches have not even started. And when I say something I get an eye

I'm very disappointed with this location never again will I go here. I placed an order through Uber eats it was literally passed an hour and still nothing I checked with the Uber driver she got tired of waiting so she left I then got another driver he was literally waiting like 40 minutes there because they forgot to make the order i mean why would you put this location on Uber eats if they're not going to follow through with making the orders.

Subway has gone through a number of changes in the past couple of years. The supply chain issues across the globe have been felt here too, as seen with the deletion of roast beef from the menu some time ago. Alas, they've bounced back and are busier and better than ever imho. The ease of ordering on the app saves time waiting in line and further adds to safety precautions by way of no contact. It keeps your favorites, allows you to customize your order, all while accruing points towards future savings. On occasion they have promo codes to further pad your pocketbook.I especially appreciate the option add a note (receipt in bag, label sandwiches) and add a tip in the app as well! I appreciate the customer service I've received, like a personal call to let me know if something is out of stock. The best improvement yet has been The Vault Menu featuring NFL Stars favorites. The digital-only menu features the favorite subs of biggest names in sports. My daughter had a regular favorite until I surprised her with a #5 Bella Mozza, a sweet upgrade from her traditional Black Forest Ham. I'm trying the #17 Garlic Roast Beef tonight. Get them all while you can!

This location has completely giving me the best subway experience I've ever had. The place was warm, friendly, and I was greeted with kindness. Daniel, our sandwich artist, was fun humorous, and efficient. The quality of the food was amazing, and we were in and out. Lots of respect for this store. Will be coming back again !

Was a little difficult getting in with a chair as the door is a little awkward but the inside is easy to navigate. Staff was friendly and patient, sandwiches were pretty good (chicken was a little dry & went a little overboard on the mustard)Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp and door angle are a little awkward but accessible

I'm beyond disgusted and disappointed. The woman who helped us when we walked in did not put new gloves on when starting to prepare our food after she had just been stocking the chip shelves before. To add on she was sniffling and wiping her nose with her arm while still preparing food. In addition while she was making my sandwich she was touching her apple smart watch with the same gloves she was using to prepare my food with then continued to add the cheese to my sandwich after. She was in and out of focus not focused on making the order , rather staring off and looking around and taking her time. I've never spent so long at a subway before , we were in line with no other customers in the store ,making our 2 sandwiches for close to 20 minutes. VERY disappointed with the service and employee.

Waited in line over 30 mins 1 person in front ordered 3 sandwiches only 1 person working and very slow need 2 people or more working with the average sandwich price 13 dollars they can hire more
