So this place is useally really good. I come down here and work in Salem alot. I useally come here for lunch but decided to have it for dinner. Young asain kide who answers the phone is unprofessional. My wife called in to place an order and told her she had the wrong place . I decided to call the number and I saw the phone ring and he answered so right there he lied. Also I know it was super busy tonight and the young kide who took my order was in a rush and wasn't really listening to what I was saying and was very rude tonight on 2/28/24 at 7:55 pm. Also I drove all the way home to Portland and found a huge pice of hair in my sandwhich. I couldn't even eat it becaue of this. It makes me think this place is very unsanitary. I probably won't be back becaue of this now. Too bad I use to tell my telecommunication workers about this place and all the construction workers I work with. The hair thing and my experince here I am going to tell my story to them now. I would fire that young man you have working there or retrain him on customer service. The hair in my food threw me off and I felt I spent 56.00 for nothing.

The food is delicious and the prices are great, but the restaurant is really cold and multiple tables are really unbalanced. Great for takeout, but dining in wasn’t comfortable.

A Vietnamese place that has an all hispanic staff.... ??♀️I've been here many times but not in a while. Man, has there been changes. The coffee was not the specialty they normally have. It was bitter instant and undeniable. The salad rolls had no salad... loads of the vermicelli noodles tho ??♀️.Our server spoke almost no English and clearly didn't know the menu.The pho was good.The salad rolls didn't list ingredients but you would think had salad in it right? Pork and shrimp.I don't think I'll be back. There are several places that have authentic staff and a more comprehensive menu.My sister was confused because she lunches here often and the items we ordered at 7pm are not the same as she has ordered, received, and enjoyed during lunch.

Absolutely the best pho I’ve ever had. I’ve been a long time customer and will continue to come back for amazing Pho.
Got a couple of salad rolls there today and they were hot. Very disappointed. The inside of the restaurant was dirty, missing ceiling panels and dirty ventilation. Can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Won't be back.

This place has the best Vietnamese grilled pork I've ever had and the only place I can seem to find it. The bahn mi tastes amazing too (not pictured.) I discovered this place originally while working in the area in 2018 I think. I try to stop by when I visit my friend.Parking: Shared parking space with other establishments. Sometimes it can get pretty busy.

Highly recommended! Great food and friendly/quick service. We were visiting Salem for the first time and enjoyed dinner here on Nov 26 2023. We started with #5A Goi Cuon Thit Nuong (grilled pork salad rolls), the pork within was delicious, so we then ordered #17 Bun Thit Nuong (grilled pork on bun noodles, see photo) and also beef Pho #8 Pho Tai Nam. Both delicious and generous helping. Great value, very reasonably priced. We wish this place was near our home, Salem residents are fortunate. We’ll be back next time we are in Oregon.Parking: Sufficient and felt safe
I hate to write this review because we loved their pho when we dined in...but when we did take out the soup had an aftertaste... didn't think much of it until I became significantly nauseous and I'm pretty sure it was food poisoning.
