I ordered the sweetest cake, cupcakes and strawberries for a baby shower. Sherri assured me she could do it. I paid well over a month in advance, in full and made arrangement for pick up as I was coming in from out of state. How was it? I don't know, not only did Sherri fail to deliver, I didn't even get notification that there would be no cake. When I went to pick up the cake, cupcakes and strawberries there was no one at the shop. When I called I was hung up on, 3 times. Finally get an e-mail with an apology and promise of refund, but so far it's been a no show, like the cake. I do not recommend sweet couture. More than disappointed with customer service.

I still don't know how they pulled off such an amazing looking cake that also tasted so good. Sherry answered the phone when I called and couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I was 9 days out from my wedding when I called and beginning to panic. She completely put my mind at ease and answered every frantic question I had. Superb cake. Would never look anywhere else. Looked exactly like the photos from the website. I'm glad it's the cake I fed my wife on our wedding day.

We were able to make an appointment and visit her shop during the covid pandemic and we felt like we still got the best service that could be provided. Not only her service is great but her cake is divine! I am not a cake person and she changed my mind...I love the flexibility she has and the cake on our wedding day came out perfect! I could not stress this enough: she is an amazing and talented baker! I was stressing over finding the perfect cake for my son’s first birthday, shark themed, and by luck i came across her. I gave her a few ideas of how i wanted the cake and she put it together perfectly, if not more than i imagined. The cake alone i was astounded with, but i was even more surprised at how GOOD it tasted!! I have been craving my son’s birthday cake till today, and his birthday was 2mos ago. Im so glad i finally found someone to go to for desserts for my occassions! Definitely recommend :)

I would highly recommend Sweet Couture to anyone needing a gorgeous cake for a special event. I ordered the Italian Vanilla with white buttercream and Pink Champagne with raspberry filling. Can't wait for another excuse to buy a cake from here.
