First thing, a bummer that I got charged $2 for almond milk, for an over filled SCALDING HOT coffee that I still couldn't drink after the 30 minute drive back home. Caused such a disaster in the car from being overfilled spilling everywhere and I couldn't even hold the cup it was so hot.

I am shocked. I came in and spent $10 on one cupcake and a brownie. The brownie was ROCK HARD. Seriously I hurt my mouth on it, when I called the women who answered was so nice and encouraged me to come in for a replacement. I did and she was SO RUDE. That back handed rudeness, she kept going on about how their brownies don’t have time to get hard and she felt the brownie and was like “yep it’s nice and soft” and I was like okay? Can you check were I actually took a bite? And she’s like “oh yeah it is hard but that’s normal for brownies” TO BE SO HARD IT HURTS MY mouth? I was so upset I ended up getting a refund. Terrible customer service and from the one bite I had anyway, the brownie absolutely sucked. Don’t go here! There are much better local bakeries that are way better who don’t make customers feel like this. I was dumbfounded by how she treated me! Absolutely HORRIBLE

Bought a gluten free lemon cupcake. It tasted like flour. No lemon flavor. Very disappointed. The service was good. I really wanted a chocolate GF cupcake and she went and looked. The ambiance was alright. Plenty of tables to sit down at but. It Didn't make me want to stay.

I absolutely loved working with them. I had to reschedule the pick up for my cake and the process of going through. That was so simple. The cake is absolutely stunning and tasted amazing. There was a small issue with the color not being the one I had asked for, but in the end, I think that the color of the cake being different didn’t ruin my experience. I would definitely recommend and I would buy from them again

Cupcakes are amazing. I also ordered a cake for my dads birthday and we all loved it. The chocolate frosting was rish and delicious. The cake was perfect, not too sweet, and the combination of flavors was perfect. We got white cake with chocolate butter cream frosting.
