Sybil's has been my breakfast go-to since moving to Oregon. No other breakfast joint (including Elmer's, IHOP, or even Shari's) compares to their food, friendly service, and atmosphere.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Lots of omelette options. Good portion of food for the price. No problem getting seats on Friday at 8am. Did get pretty full by 9am

My food was perfect diced eggs and ham with hash browns biscuit and gravy me and my mom split the eggs and the hash browns and then she took the biscuits and gravy and I took the toast and we still had too much food and it was only $14.24 it really looks like we had two separate meals and all we did was half a meal Fairfield was very good

Meh. My son and I both had chicken fried steak with eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy.Their specialty is omelets but I'm always disappointed with omlets so didn't try.My poached eggs were done correctly. My son's Sunnyside up were "scorched" in his estimation. The biscuit was a 6x6 lump of shortning quickbread with a hard crust. It didn't pull apart like a biscuit should in my mind. Not much in the way of flavor. The sausage gravy was inoffensive but not all that good, and certainly not enough of it to lubricate the lump of quickbread masquerading as a biscuit. The hasbrowns were fried in oil (not butter) which was perhaps a bit past its prime. I don't know, but left an awful taste in my mouth. Not what you're looking for in a $20 per person beakfast. A small McDonald's orange juice took care if it.The staff was delightful and the decor whimsical and homey. It would be a great place if they bought some butter, and went to West Virginia for a few weeks to learn how to make a buttermilk biscuit and sausage gravy.

Great American breakfast. The only thing i didn’t really enjoy was the biscuits and gravy but thats just a preference. Great omelette selection and great sized portions.

I was quite delighted by this place today! The service was so friendly and quick despite the place being packed on a holiday! The food was delicious and also came out very quick and they had of used more than 3 eggs in that omelet because it was huge! We chatted with another couple that were clearly regulars there and they were also raving about the place to us. Will definitely be back.
