Plain cheese quesadilla gave me the ability to poop through the eye of a needle.Someone isn't following food hygiene standards.

Highly recommended! The best part is the restaurant is located inside the same building as the "Pilot" gas station/convenient mart. I always enjoy their vast selection of snacks, drinks, novelty items, car accessories, and other random nick knax. Their restrooms are very nice, a lot larger than most other places, and are kept pretty clean "usually." They even have showers available "for a cost." I find myself stopping by even if I don't need any gas, just to see whats new in their selection.

Upon arriving at the location, I wasn't greeted politely. I stood at the front counter while the server, Christy/Christina, served everyone but me. Both she and her superior ignored me until I had to speak up for service. I felt unacknowledged, like I didn't matter, and slightly profiled.

Swing in for lunch paid $10 for a burrito that was made so sloppy that it fell apart all over my hand and had to eat it off paper with a fork. that was $5.A order of nachos that consisted of maybe 10 unsalted stale cold chips and a medium fountain which is a soda I don’t even like because out of 12 selections it’s the only option with syrup.I feel like I got fleecedI feel like I g

You better take something to eat with you. Speed is so slow, or they are preparing orders for drive true only. Waiting 20 min for 1 burrito its over kill .

lady who always wears a mask and works the register is lazy as allGet out will do anything but walk up and take your order and has absolutely terrible people skills and awful Customer service. Wish she didn’t work there anymore so I didn’t have to see her or deal with her because I come to this Taco Bell quite often. What an excuse for an employee.

Logical Reasoning

Arrived at 2am when employees were doing routine cleaning of skillets, mopping the floor, and refilling machines--bad timing for us, but the visit was actually great. ?Major pluses for our visit...#1 - They answered their phone when I called to make sure they were open--MAJOR plus right there.#2 - They worked quickly to make the shutdown be as short as possible.#3 - Place was clean and plenty of condiments, etc..#4 - The 2nd employee who made my [modified] food order did a great job and it, also, tasted great.#5 - The employee who rushed to mop floor, refill ice, clean up, then taking my order and then present me with food was very focused, quick, friendly and actually smiled.Had a wonderful experience here. The only downside to location is that parking spaces are fairly tight right in front of restaurant and a good portion of the other parking area is ripped up, roped off, and temporarily under construction, repair, or upgrade.

I go there after work because it's convenient and close their little Cinnabon delights so I order them and I ask specifically to have them made fresh because I have had them several times and they're hard after a certain amount of time the guy says I can't remake them if there's too many already made I said okay I totally understand that but if there are hard when you put them in the little box I would just rather not have them he said I'll check So I assume that he will Check Well he did not and they are hard as a rock so I get home and I call and I speak with a really sweet girl who tells me I can absolutely come in and get a remake but the point of this is specifically ask him to make them fresh so we didn't have this problem it wouldn't be a big deal if I ordered 2 and it's a dollar something I ordered the 12 pack because I share them with people at my house And it's 7 freaking dollars it's a not hard to just check that is part of being there I understand inventory I've been there and done that I have worked at Taco Bell so I do understand inventory in what not but these things Cook in under 60 seconds so you don't need to make a 100 of them at the beginning of the day and then sell them out people aren't gonna buy them if their hard as a rock the first time they get them they're going to come back again and again and again if the quality of them are good there first time so maybe just make less and if you run out then make more or make them buy the order let people know it's going to be 60 seconds while I put these in so they're fresh for you I was really disappointed with the guy's customer service the girl on the other hand she rocked it I tried not to be rude but my tone of voice sometimes comes off rude she was great All in all the problem is solved but the point is I have a rock hard cinnabons and they're disgusting Win their hard I like them that's why I buy them I pay $7 because they're good see the problem rant over
