Rude service. You can tell the guy who works there dislikes customers. He was closing early he said so we had to leave. Wouldn’t even let us grab already bagged macaroons. Just rude. Running paying customers out the door. Wont waste a trip to go back again.

It was my 50th birthday, I have a 10 year old tradition of going to this bakery and buying a bag of the chocolate macaroons. I went this last Wednesday after lunch with my daughter and dear friend to get my macaroons and we were kicked out of the store, he stated he was sick and closing he was just waiting on someone to finish something up. I started to ask and explain if I could just buy a bag of macaroons and he cut me off and told me he was closed. The door wasn’t locked and there was no closed sign, plus he was waiting on someone. His tone was rude, my daughter thought I was being yelled at and my dear friend who has gone with me almost every year stood there and said Wow in response to how we were treated. We left saying we will never go back. This isn’t the first time I have witnessed rudeness at this bakery, it has just never been directed to us. No one wants to be treated poorly on their birthday. Do better Little Cannoli!

This place is AMAZING!! I was craving something sweet last week so I asked my husband to stop by and get a cross selection of their pastries. He came home with the most decadent cannolis, cinnamon rolls, eclairs, danishes, etc...they were SO rich I couldn't even finish half of one at a time! This is hands down the best bakery in the Salem/Keizer area, RUN, don't walk, next time you have a sweet tooth!!

I was just shown this place by my wife earlier today and hands down blew my mind when I bit into one of their cannoli's. The flavor was impeccable and the crunchy almond shell was absolutely amazing. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

I went for something small and quick today in between appointments. The man behind the counter was very slowly working and never looked at me. After about 5 minutes I asked how large the pizzas are, which he answered over his shoulder, still without looking at me. I waited another long few minutes thinking he would eventually come to the counter, but he never did. Finally, I asked if I could get a pesto pizza. He turned to me and very rudely and sarcastically asked, "Uuuuh, could you wait? I'm doing things." I'll never return; why give my business to someone so rude?

This little shop is located in a little shopping center where you can find ample parking, it's just a little tricky to find. When we first walked in we noticed a large glass shelves filled with a huge variety to tasty looking treats. They also had a few sandwich options to choose from as well. We ordered two cappuccinos which tasted burnt and one was so bad I could not drink it. We ordered a hot pastrami that came with a side of tomato soup. The pastrami was like none I've had before, it was more like one thicker slice of ham on garlic bread, it was nothing to rave home about, especially for $10. The pastries were the only thing we enjoyed. We got two macaroons (fruity pebbles & buttered pecan), tiramisu, cheesecake, coconut strawberry croissant which was kind of soggy and lacking of flavor, and one other pastry. The pastries were pretty small and over priced. I wanted to love this place but I don't think I'll be back. I'm sure they have plenty is tasty pastries so give it a try and let us know! There were chess boards in the seating area giving it a calming ambiance either plenty of room to sit. The girls working the counter were friendly and the place was clean. Service was good.

Thank you, Tim for making those delicious Nutella Puff Pastries for my son's birthday and delivering them today! You truly made mine and his day...he ate 5 of them in one sitting ?Next time I am in town, I will make a point to come by the bakery to personally thank you and to try some of those pastries myself!

Well, the food is delicious but the service is abysmal. Prepare to be ignored if there's anyone in line ahead of you. They won't even look at you to acknowledge your existence in the building until after whoever is ahead of you has ordered, paid and received their food. THEN they'll make eye contact and say hello. It's happened more than once so I have to assume that's how it's gonna work. I made one last attempt today. I was first in line so I ordered and paid then was told it would be about 7 minutes or so. No problem. My co-worker was then fully ignored until another employee showed up and took his order about 1 minute before my food was ready. 5 solid minutes a customer was ignored. It's weird and off-putting. I won't be back.
