As a displaced Southerner, I approach BBQ in the PNW with caution. Two bites into the pork belly and I was instantly a ten-year-old again eating the food my father and uncles worked for days to prepare. This place is amazing! Pool table, darts, games, lots of big TV to watch.The food is top notch, they have the best BBQ in this city. All the sides the we tried were delicious. They also have a white BBQ sause that is so amazing with the brisket!!! We have eaten here twice in the last 2 weeks and we LOVED it. This is a must try for anyone who loves BBQ.
