Burrito was expensive for what it was. Not much egg, no cheese. Underwhelmed. Salsa costs extra.

Valley Bistro is a really good place for lunch if you’re down town. The owner and his crew are super accommodating if you want something that isn’t on the menu. I was craving street tacos one day for lunch and even though they were not on this huge menu , I took my chances and asked. The owner didn’t hesitate to to ask the cook to make me some. So for $2.50ea I got a few tacos. What a deal. They were delicious carne asada and had enough meat I could’ve made a couple more tacos if I had the tortillas. The meat was perfectly seasoned and they weren’t greasy. Perfect! I’ve been here a few times now and so far everything is delicious and reasonably priced for the area. Lunch for $10 or less seems to be what I spend here. You can order ahead and come pick it up or just wait until you arrive. But they make your food to order so keep that in mind. I spend about 1/2 hr here that includes eating in. They have sandwiches hot or cold, burritos, burgers, salads and many more items. And they serve breakfast too. They also have a coffee bar with all the typical hot coffee options. Good food, good people working there and the owner is very personable and friendly and helpful. Hope this review helps you decide if you want to give it a try.
