Stopped by last night in the evening, golden eagles have been my biggest pregnancy craving, we bought a small carmelizer and golden eagle, as always the woman taking the orders was friendly. We paid and got our drinks, mine tasted straight like milk and my husband said his didn’t have much flavor eithier. I turned on my car light inside to try and mix my drink to see if the flavoring was just stuck in the ice but to my surprise my whole cup was ice. Not even a nails length from the rim of the cup, 5 gulps and I felt like I was just robbed from the whole drink. I’ve never had an experience like that before when visiting Dutch and was pretty bummed. Maybe for future orders say less ice? Even then I think they short your drink

I'll be the first to admit that I don't really "get" Dutch Bros. Where is the full menu? Are all the drinks frozen? Is there any actual coffee in the drinks? Does anyone else prefer their baristas snobby? Nevertheless, this location is conveniently located in Sandy right off the road. They have both a walk up window and a drive-through. The youthful staff are as friendly as their reputation suggests. And the drinks are packed with sugar, as I believe is the intent. Points for consistency, convenience, and quick service.

People here are always friendly, even made us an upsized drink no extra charge. Friendly interaction with my kids offered them suckers, always have smiles on their faces.

They are SO sweet at this stand. I know customer service is their job but they take it seriously and are some of the nicest people you can talk too. I've never had a bad drink, or a drink mess up.
