The pizza is good, the service treatment can be up and down especially during the Covid time frame. Workers were rude & judgemental upon walking in trying to walk in to order as per always prior to Covid.If you didn't call ahead they would not serve you and if no mask they would refuse service and entry even when the rest of the world had already lifted the mask mandate. Also would not answer the phones to take orders many times we had called when they felt they were busy. So catch 22, could not walk in and could not call ahead. Lot of younger 16+ yr old employees with no customer experience that gave the attitude as if their mothers made them angry before work because they had asked them to do something. Understandable that this review is past its time but this is how I was treated at this location every time I tried to walk in or call ahead. Prices all went up with little discounts because it was one of the only possible "faster food options" still open. I avoid this location still till this day because of the previous treatment.

I ordered 3 calzones and a pizza, had called it in, one calzone had instructions on it, the other 2 didn't, none were labeled, all different flavors, for different people and for different times. The main website only had a "bot" to talk to, no instructions...... hige waist of money, rip off, horrible customer service and communications. Unbelievable

I stopped into the sandy oregon location Tuesday 1/10/23 @ 5:08 p.m. and ordered one large Murphys combo and one large vegetarian.Was handed two pizzas with meat on both, where's my all vegetarian?

After finishing a long day at work I called Papa Murphy's to order a chicken bacon artichoke pizza with pineapples that my family so deeply loves (especially my 2 little boys). upon arriving around 7:50-ish I was expecting my pizza to be ready to go so that I can bring it to my hungry family. BUT APPARENTLY the pizza was sold?!?!? I was so confused because I know that I called the right place because I've ordered with them multiple times already but it was usually always earlier. So the one time that I arrived pretty late MY PIZZA WAS GONE. I ask the pizza artist that was still working, I believe her name was Charlie?, if they could remake my pizza. I didn't mind waiting a little longer because I just wanted to bring food to my STARVING family. It pains me to write this review because my family loves these pizzas and I always set a separate amount of money to pay for this pizza. We are a pay check to pay check family and this completely devastated me because I COULD NOT provide for my family. She ended up telling me that she was not going to remake the pizza that I placed through the phone. I didn't want to give them anymore of my time so I just decided to take my business elsewhere. Instead I went to Panda Express, and ordered a family feast which is a much better deal than whatever this STUPID papa Murphy's has to offer. Thanks Papa Murphy's for making panda express my go to.

I was shocked they had employees working until 7pm on Christmas Eve! I could see 4pm but not 7pm, we went in early. No work life balance...?The pizza was great though.
