Best Thai food in Sandy, in my opinion. The pad Thai and curry are fantastic, and everything is very consistent. Very friendly staff, and phone orders are ready quickly!

It's hit or miss depending on the cook of the night. Wednesday night is a hit! Ordered Pad Kee Mao and it was delicious. Perfect ratio of noodles to vegetables and chicken. Noodles were perfectly cooked as well.

Literally the best Thai food restaurant in all of the East side.

I love the crab rangoons & chicken pad thai here. I’ve been here twice and am always amazed at what they can cook back there! This food truck has outdone so many thai restaurants I’ve been to. The prices are decent and same with the portion sizes. I love the flavoring and texture of the pad thai. Truly perfect how they made it here.

I was charged $2 more than than the sign on the truck listed as the price of my food. After paying, I went back to check my memory and pointed it out to the cashier who commented the price wasn't updated on the truck yet and did I want to order something different, cheaper. I should have asked for a refund. But, the coconut noodles soup looked good. The menu shows bean sprouts, basil and cilantro in addition to the green onion and maybe minced peanuts in my soup. So, it was a large bowl of noodles in a coconut and green onion broth. Not great.Too bad as this food cart pod has a lot of great other options.

Pad Kee Mao Tofu. Pretty disappointed. Undercooked veggies and half the plate was spring onion. Very little noodle and tofu. Everything you see in the photo is veggies and a few tofu pieces after about five bites. Pretty pricey too for the size. Khao San is my go to for reference. Veggies have no flavor either or id be more inclined to eat em. Womp womp….

The service was great and the food came out quick. The portions are huge, shareable if your a party of 2! Unfortunately the food tasted pretty oily and wasn't my favorite. I would go for the curry next time!

Love this place! Fresh fast and pleasant service. Have had variety of the menu (which they updated over the summer)

The drunken noodles and fried rice were both super amazing. I couldn't stop eating the food. The portions are great. The seating area is welcoming and nice for lunch with a friend. I would definitely return. The service was great and the prices were reasonable for the quality.

Food seems fresh. I have had Khao Soi and Pad Kra Pao. I think most people would enjoy this Thai but I have stringent expectations.Khao Soi didn’t have the rich concentration of flavor I expected and chicken seemed more boiled then braised, didn’t have the fall of the bone tenderness I expect.Pad Kra Pao should be made with ground chicken, holy basil, Thai chilis and shallots. This dish was served with sliced chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, white onion, green onion and a little bit of Basil. I would have preferred less liquid, more fish sauce and far less sweet.
