Made an order online with their representative. He confirmed the order and said itd be 20 minutes. We drove all the way to the store and wasted our whole afternoon. Everyone acted like an order had never been placed and were very improfessional, offering no way to make it right. It seems pizza hut does not care about their customers, only profit. Do not support them. Highly disappointed. We won't be back

UPDATE: The store Manager Michael Called me today, and made this awful experience right! It was such a nice phone call and so wonderful that someone cared enough to make this right with us! Michael, You have gained a life long customer now! Thank you!Never put the correct toppings on and never care to make it right when they mess up!

Ordered delivery. Was told it would take 40 minutes. I called at 50 minutes and asked where my pies were at. Then was told they would remake my order and deliver it. Total time was 1 hour 45 minutes late. The driver claimed to have read the numbers of my address wrong, I asked driver why didn't he called me to confirm address. Driver said "whatever, you want your pizza or not?" While shaking the bag. The pizzas cheese shifted. Store said they would credit me me the price for next order, which they didn't do. Bad management and employees. Don't recommend this place. Go dominos

After not hearing from Pizza Hut and not able to get through to them, my neighbor came home and let me know that my order was on their porch. They live two door down for me. I tried multiple times to get through to the store and I was never able to get a hold of anyone. I never received a refund or a new order.

Nothing beats the Hut? A penguin could have done a better job at not center loading my pie. The sausage was basically in a pile in the middle of the pie. Step it up y'all.
I love Pizza Hut it has really good pizza the service is really nice and tasty. But sometimes it doesn't have enough sauce on the pizza so you add some more sauce on the pizza.

This was some of the nastiest food ever. We had pepperoni lovers with added bacon on a stuffed crust.Not enough bacon to make a difference and didn't have enough cheese to upset my lactose sensitive stomach.We also had half Hawaiian and half cheese on a thin crispy crust. NOT!!! The crust was so limp and soggy what you could see of the pineapple and bacon tried to roll off as it was taken from the box. Skimped on all the ingredients. What was good was the personal pan crust bar-b-qued chicken. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars. Wish I had taken pics.

I was a little disappointed in these pizzas this time. The gentleman who was working was more than pleasant and very helpful. But the pizzas were just not quite what I was expecting. I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut and not saying I won't go to them again, but this was just not as good as I was used to.But there will be another time, I am sure.

It's been over a year since we ordered from Pizza Hut. Mainly because the previous manager was an absolute witch!! But I heard through a community post that there was a new manager. And we honestly felt like ordering from Pizza Hut. The pizzas probably could have been cooked another 5ish minutes. And the delivery driver was flustered about our neighborhood/apartment location. Which, for some reason, only Pizza Hut has an issue with locating their delivery location. We have lived here roughly 6 years and we have had Pizza Hut attempt to deliver to us about 4 times when we didn't place an order. And we have done our best to help navigate the driver to the correct place. I appreciate the phone call, instead of ditching our food. But you could definitely sense the frustration. The food and quality were fine. (Typical Pizza Hut quality.) As I said, just wish it was cooked a few minutes longer.
